ezspce always kept in touch with me, before delivering. The product is very good, any small issues I made them aware, which they were appreciative of. The bed is used almost daily and put away daily, as it's in my salon. My customers often comment on how tidy it looks. Happy with the product.

Product is good and solid!Packing is terrible!Boxes came ripped with no extra protection around them. Just one layer of cardboard. It did come with a timber frame and some slats. It was very lucky that there wasn’t any damageInstructions are vague and out of date, the product has been redesigned but haven’t updated instructions.The instructions that are in the manual are not in English the panels are not physically numbered but in the instruction manual they are. They already have stickers on them but all the information on them again isn’t in English.I did send a number of emails clarifying instructions during this build and they were answered promptly
