A unique product from WaterRower the Nohrd WaterGrinder is a hand crank cycle that is both challenging and fun to use. It takes its name from the Nohrdhorn region of Germany where it is manufactured and is designed to mimic the actions of a sailboat grinder (the movement required to operate hand-driven winches to move the sails and boom). Using the WaterGrinder challenges your upper body and cardiovascular system as you work the crank. Resistance is provided by the water so the harder you work, the greater the resistance. Smooth and quiet operation make this a great standalone item in your gym or for use on yachts and boats. The WaterGrinder can be used sitting or standing up and has 6 different seating positions and 8 different crank positions. It comes with an electronic console so that you can monitor your workout and a game mode that creates a virtual spaceship sailing experience. Available in Ash or Walnut wood finishes. Please be aware the lead time can be up to 6 weeks on this product.
