I was a bit worried about spending twice as much as I intended to when I went to buy one, but was so happy with this one I bought two more. it heats the room quickly, with no hot stuffy air blowing, no light and no sound. Thermostat control and daily timer are fantastic, save electricity and overheating. We DID have some quality control issues (one heater was dented, another had a broken cover on the control panel). They were all sorted and the heaters replaced, but it was a bit of a nuisance. Didn't put me off thought! If I buy another one in future I would probably ask to see the opened box before taking it home.

This heater is inexplicably efficient. It is utterly silent. Not a sound is uttered when turned on, off or during operation. I have to have it on far lower settings than the oil heaters we used to have because it actually heats every layer of the air in the room rather than sensing it im a column up to the cieling. It has changed our lives this winter and we are in the process of ordering 2 more for other bedrooms in the house. With a lifetime warranty the cost becomes very reasonable compared to the inefficient alternatives out there. I have recommended this product to numerous people in the last month and will continue to do so.

The product is Great! It does exactly what I want. I tested the product for power consumption and for reference I set the heater to 19 degrees for 1 hour in a enclosed 11m3 room at 14 degrees room temp and found the power output to be roughly 1.5 kw/h which on our bill would total around 40 cents per hour. I hope this helps as a general guideline.Other things to note, on first start there is a slight plastic'y' smell, I believe it's a coating on the heating element from manufacturing (completely normal). After that the quality of heat is really good in my opinion.

I bought this heater and just had it installed by an electrician. The heater lights turn on, but it does not give off any heat. Other reviews online about this fault, which I wish I had read. Now I need to pay electrician to uninstall to return. Very regretful purchase!
Bought this heater for my ensuite 3x3m. Setting up the app (which is not mentioned anywhere you need to download the app in order to gain access to programs via wifi!! Its Capa Connect if you need it). On eco mode (which is all you really need) this model only costs 22 cents p/h to run and heats my ensuite quickly & efficiently. Couldve easily used the 1000W for this room but do love how well this one works! My ensuite was freezing through winter - not cheap (thank goodness The Good Guys price match!) to buy but well worth it especially with the lifetime warranty!! It loses a star for convoluted wifi / app set up.
The service here is great. I ordered this yesterday and it arrived at lunch time today. I was a little disappointed the model is slightly different from the last one I brought from Harvey Norman. This new one has analogue dials instead of a digital screen so it has fewer options for timers and temperature settings, but I’m sure it will be just as good in the long run.
This is my 3 or 4th Noirot heater. Just love the heat. The only thing is the coaster always falls off on one side. It has happened before. Its not a product you can easily move around. Nevertheless it gives off quality heat and they do seem to last a few winters.
This portal heater is great. It is impressive that it makes no sound when on and provides reasonable heat. Not sure how the costs with be using it over winter, as it uses electricity but so far I am happy. It has been mounted on the wall. If the wheels were not so bulky, I think I would have kept them on (but removed to affix to the wall). The timer is a little confusing but finally worked it out. Having this is a tall slimline style as well would be ideal for small places, esp. when fixing it to a wall.
Great little heater - perfect for my 12m2 home office. Heats quickly - totally silent - thermostat function works well. I tested the power usage with a plug device that tracks usage via an app - you can see the power usage drop when it's up to temperature, comes on again as required to maintain temperature, so it's quite efficient compared the always-on heaters. The surprising thing about the heater is that you can actually feel the heat coming out of the top - even though there's no fan or moving parts inside, just pure convection. Recommended.

There is, for example, NOTHING about the timer function of the heater anywhere in any of the information online or the manual provided. Why is that On day 8 the heater just stopped working and despite doing a couple of factory resets I could never get it working again. Took it in to the Good Guys and the exchanged it for a more basic model with no WiFi and no timer.
