The casters are attached by very light weight plastic that also relies on very thin lightweight steel mesh at the base of the heater to fix to. This of course has a lot of pressure placed on it when you move the heater from the top. Its like a lever that bends, twists or snaps the base. This has happened to all four heaters. Its a shame because the heaters are fantastic. I have fixed mine by using cable ties but I dont understand why they dont redesign the base

The wheels were easy to attach. However, make sure you space them correctly when first attaching as they are very hard to reposition if you make a mistake

Great heating unit for the smaller bedrooms. Easy to move from one to the other. It is a convection heater so don’t expect instant heat. And be aware the the castors come with the unit.

I was delighted to find these castors on line as one of the original ones had broken. The delivery was very quick and efficient. Well done Harvey Norman.
I had a little initial trouble getting these on but took my heater and wheels into the Auburn store and 2 very kind ladies helped me getting these on. so happy to have them back on a s I was using a paver!! lol
Ordered the replacement wheels online, easy collect in Harvey Norman CBD store & pretty good fit. Quite a pleasant online purchase experience, as originally I didn't expect can have a matching replacement pair of wheels for my 10 years old heater. But it is good validation of "Noirot" promise, electrical heater with a life warranty, hah.
Not sure what the Noirot design team were thinking.. The castor wheels are as flimsy as the wheels that come with the heater. I recommend purchasing multiple packs to save on postage or mounting the heater if it’s an option.
Set the desired temperature for our kid's room via the digital screen and the heater will do the rest. It automatically adjusts the heat settings without us having to meddle with different heat settings. Of course, our kids wanted to play with the settings. Thankfully there's a child's lock. A bit pricey, but then again, there's the lifetime warranty.
I have had a Noirot flat panel heater on castor wheels for some time. The plastic catches on castors had broken. The heater itself works perfectly but, without castors, it needs to be attached or wall or thrown away. I'm becoming increasingly annoyed with being unable to replace parts on white goods so I was really glad to be able to replace the castors and continue using the heater. They arrived quickly, the communication was good and the service at pick up was great.
I bought this because I really wanted a silent heater. The only thing is, I need warm heat at my feet as I have a condition that requires my feet to be warm. Sitting at my desk, this warms me up from the knees up, but my feet are still cold. I would need something similar but with the vents at the bottom or at least vertically instead of horizontal at the top.
