the on paper specs are honestly great for the price like a nice big battery with lots of cameras and decent specs. trouble is the software is problematic with not very friendly design and frequent problems like crashing and freezing. nokia support is also very slow in taking almost a week to respond to me and then saying it will be fixed in an update but nothing shows up after almost 4 weeks.

Got this to quickly replace my phone after an accident while on away on holiday. Such a good surprise for it to be this good, especially comparing to my usual phone which was over 5x the price of this. Unboxing was nice, it has charger and cable included in box. Put in my 2Degree sim and did two very large updates around 5GB total for system over WiFi, took a long while for those to do but once done installed all my essential apps like Messager and WeChat very quickly, also installed Dual Links game and at first I thought was a bit laggy but it turned out I had to go into game setting animations to max and download HD texture pack, runs very nice now. Battery life good too. Camera seems OK, took a nice picture of a flower.

The phone's operating system runs fast, great camera- both front & back, MicroSD is expandable to 512GB and doesn't hang while using the high capacity sd card. 64GB internal memory is more than sufficient if you are a normal user. Speakers are at the bottom so calls, ringing volume & music are pretty loud. Then I saw a deal on PB Tech for this phone and it was really well priced. It has given me twice the storage compactly with a SD card, and the ram was double my old phone. The reviews were mixed, however I took a calculated gamble and bought it. So pleased I did, it is an excellent phone. I have had no issues with Chrome, the screen size is also bigger than my other phone, and battery lasts really well, and charges up quickly too. The camera I am still getting used to, however it works brilliantly. I am so pleased I took the gamble. I had to get a Mobil Tec to set the phone up as it just was not working I could not even update the software. He had to flash it to get it to work it took him 21/2 hrs and cost me $132.00. and it still is not the best at downloading updates through my satellite NBN connection which id very fast but not where this phone is concerned.Not impressed at all with the phone.My 3G Nokia would run rings around this one.I am downloading a Google Security patch 2023-5 and it is not even 1/2 way there yet and it has been running for 20mins.Not good at all.
Nokia has always been my favorite brand in phones from the beginning. This is a mid range phone though, I use it as my second phone as a spare phone . But yet a good looking phone , I like the battery life , good speed of face id and finger prints.good phone for the price ..
This phone set up well. Although the System update installation took a couple of hours it worked and the phone is working well. Easy to transfer apps and data from my old phone, so I've got all me contacts and photos as well as other apps that I use. Battery seems to be excellent and carries a long charge.
So far, I am satisfied with this phone since I did not set the expectations too high. Camera is OK but nothing that will amaze you. Battery life is good, but not as good as I expected from previous reviews, I like the OS implementation which is Android One so it is stock Android. Preloaded applications can be uninstalled, even some Gapps like Play Music or Play Books which I do not use. Processor speed is slower but not that bad for browsing. Installing the Canary version of Chrome and Webview seem to bring a faster browsing experience.
