I was impressed when my son caught a gator bluefish on this and it didn't destroy the rubber. We might have gotten luck as it didn't get crosswise in the blue's mouth. It has a great tight vibrating action on the upswing and falls naturally, I hope to get some more success with it soon.

Amazing Australian lure

Took the lure to a sport fishing trip and caught my fair share of fish. Caught a 5lb rockfish and tons of sandabs (i caught my personal best sandab). I would highly reccomend these lures.

Awesome lure

Love this lil lure! Great weight for casting from piers, glides theough the water. The vibe action is cool! Be sure to use it in areas where there are few snags as I got snagged after an hour on rocks and lost it! Went and bought a second one same day!

Best Flathead Lure!

I bought this a couple days ago while I was up at Wallaga Lake with my family, was one of the best fishing trips using this small Squidtrex of the dock that the resort had. Caught around 4 flatheads ranging from 30cm to 45cm. Hooks on this thing is great as well, only thing that was annoying but easily conquered is the hooks wrapping around the line but thats it. It as FANTASTIC to fish with!

Good quality lure with sharp hooks.

Extremelly sharp and jaggy hooks. Accidently caught a long tom in the eye with the first cast! Not much luck beach fishing but expect thats the user and probably more luck fishing at the right spot, right time etc. Good quality lure.

Not yet fully tested

Only been out in kayak twice in the past 10 weeks and then not on productive fishing days. Nothing doing using the lure (or anything else except bait) so havent really given the lure a fair test. I suspect though that it may be better suited to waters deeper than 6 metres - but that is only a guess. Sorry - as pretty useless review!

Really good lure

One of the best little vibes i’ve ever used for bream and snapper around structure. Just cast and wind with a couple of twitches and fish cant resist. Only trouble is the tentacles fall off after every few fish.

its movement in the water is great

I've had this lure for a while now and tried it yesterday and caught a big eyed trevally in the gold coast canals!! I'm so glad i have this in ma tackle box! its a good lure and would love to get my hands on some similar lures!
