Love the look, size and colors. It’s dangerously close to perfect.Design fix suggestions (from an avid world traveler) -1. Zippers that can be locked2. A sternum strap for better, more secure fit3. Water bottle handle strap or better way to keep from falling out.4. Top handles tuck away to prevent someone from grabbing them while wearing (especially dangerous for women)5. A water resistant flap over top zipper to protect from seepage.6. Slash/cut proof straps/handles for extra safety when bag is locked up to a restaurant chair, train seat or other post while not wearing.Thanks!

Great pack pack love all the pockets, especially the large front pocket. My only regret is the "velcro" fastenings, so-called "block tapey" snappers, which keep the ends of the top zipper folded down on each side. They simply do not work, which is a shame.

I bought mine for work when I started my new job 9 months ago as I was going to be using public transport and walking between home and the station. Fits my work laptop perfectly as well as note books, work and personal phone, wallet and case for my noise cancelling headphones. I keep my keys and work pass in the top zipper compartment. Main compartment is a bit narrow for my lunchbox. So many compartments is great. I have spare cords, a rain cover, emergency pain meds and pads discretely stored in it. Ive been using it for work daily for about 9 months and it doesn't show signs of wear and tear yet. The straps are comfortable too. I would happily buy this again when it wears out.

I frequently travel for work, and this is a great bag for the basics (laptop, chargers). It's not as spacious, so it definitely cannot replace a regular carry-on, even for only a single overnight. Still, it's a very attractive bag that I don't feel self-conscious about taking into customer meetings or the office.

Gteat product that almost meets my needs, but requires more work before I'd buy it. TravelMinja captured it in their review. The zips need lock mechanisms, esp for a city bag, and the handles, while stylish and a great design feature, need to be able to be tucked away. Water bottle pockets are not deep enough to secure reusable bottles (750ml upwards). Would love to see more colours. The pale grey is nice, esp for professional settings, but a couple of bold neutral colours such as raspberry and caramel or ecru would be good. Thanks

I'm so close to giving this a 5 stars, but there a few key missing pieces! the colors are so so boring. Like, can we have just one bold one? A mustard, or a teal, or a pumpkin orange, or something that doesn't read "white tech bro"? The water bottle pocket is a bit too shallow for any bottle that is more than 16 oz. Having a deeper pocket for that would be so nice!

I love this bag, it was exactly what I was after, I take it everywhere, very versatile, I fit everything I need, its useful for work, shopping, travelling, so many features. Thank you for an amazing bag. I would recommend your bags to everyone, I am also looking to buy another.

I have owned this backpack for a year now. I've used it for air travel and for going into the office. It's almost perfect, but not quite: -I wish the backpack opened up more fully like the sienna - once things are buried in the main pocket, it's hard to find. You have the top zip and thats it. -The 'velcro' tabs are the top are useless, eventually they don't hold the top pieces down. I've stopped trying to fix it. -The handles at the top should have a way to be tucked in for security. -Waterbottle holder needs to be larger, and taller. I like to bring my large metal water bottle on the plane and it won't fit. -The stitching inside needs improvement. My new backpack is perfect for my work life. I like my bags organised so the small pockets are great for me. My first order was damaged on the way. The backpack was cut through the package. I wrote the support team an email with photos and all and they responded imediately. My replacemen was sent only a day later. Only good exepriences from my side.

The main compartment is very, very narrow. It's really difficult to get anything in or out. I know it's a small bag, but I've had bags of a similar size with better and easier to reach organization. The material also doesn't feel quite a nice as the one used for the Siena II (which I love!). Overall pretty disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this bag.
