As usual fish oil is quite a sensitive one. The kids can accept it though so it’s good. I keep in the fridge to prevent oxidation and i think it also masks the taste a bit. In terms of dha nutrition I also think that it’s sufficient for kids.
I have 2 very picky boys 9 and 3 and they both take this DHA Junior, Strawberry Flavor by Nordic Naturals with no issues at all. I have tried other fish oils and they both could detect the fish with this it is basically tasteless. It smells like strawberry but it doesn't have a strong berry taste. It absolutely has zero fish smell or taste. I mix it in my 3 year old's milk, juice, yogurt and my 9 year old can take it by the spoon with no gagging or complaints. It also has a nice amount of omega compared to other kids fish oil products like gummies. I will continue to use.
Love this, DHA! Excellent and safe ingredients. Fantastic benefits for the brain and heart. This is on my regular to buy shopping list. My children have been taking this since they were babies. The research shows many benefits for kids to adults of all ages. It taste good also my kids do not mind at all
