Nordic Naturals Omega-3 Liquid 473 ml / Lemon

This right here is our favorite! It's not only great as far as cost-benefit but the lemon flavor almost goes unnoticed. We all take it in my house, and for my kids, we add to their apple sauce/yogurt without no issues. I've tried 2 other options from Nordic Naturals before and my only regret is that I didn't go with this one when people recommended. They were right. Obviously it will not remove the fish taste completely, but it doesn't leave an aftertaste either. Keep in mind I have a special needs child that can be very sensitive to flavors and my child just takes this so easily with no issues whatsoever. Every single day. Highly recommend this product! First & 2nd purchase. Absolutely loved it

Was on another IFOS listed, reputable brand for a long time but wasn't happy since they changed the cap. Known NN brand for a long time but was put off by the pricing. When this was on offer recently (Happy 25th birthday iHerb!), decided to jump in and give it a try. My official food taster (son) loves it and feedback it is the best tasting fish oil he ever had. Happy with the quality, packaging though it wasn't on IFOS anymore. The independent 3rd party testing ensures the ingredients are safe and good quality. High omega 3 which benefits all ages - my entire family is taking it. Helped with sciatica!

I was suffering severe sciatica and someone suggested I try this, said it's high quality. Fish oil is full of Omega 3 and vitamins so is great for many functions and eases inflammation. The taste is lemony, but the texture is oily. My kid is a picky eater so refuses to take it but i dont mind taking it. I sometimes mix it in a bit of juice and take it. It's been only 1 month but my sciatica is improved, and i will see if it helps with anything else, like eyesight. Pls give a thumbs up if you found this useful.

Highly recommend

My whole family takes this fish oil and I have had no complaints of fish burps. Which has been an issue with many others I have used. We sometimes take ours in the morning on empty stomachs and have no problems with it upsetting their stomachs. It is an oil so it has that oil mouth taste so if you have nothing with texture it might be an adjustment but my husband just takes a small drink afterward to take care of that. Love that it is a liquid, fewer pills to take. If you would purchase the same omega quantity in pills you are looking at least two pills versus 1 teaspoon of this. That is just another reason we love this product. The lemon flavor is not too strong either. Highly recommend. This product helps us think and feel so much better. Quality is worth the money.

Lower cholesterol - it works

This one is interesting for me, how to put it... it is an oil that I took a spoon of each day. My naturopath doctor recommended this oil to deliver high amount of omega 3 to my body to help fighting high cholesterol, protect the heart and help with my hormones. It was a choice between a spoon of this oil vs many capsules. I went with the oil and got myself big bottle.I started some months ago when I had higher cholesterol (above the norm). I took one spoon each day. I'll be honest, it took some days to get used to drinking fish oil straight. I found that lemon taste helped a bit. And the solution was easy enough: have the oil BEFORE eating bigger meal and AVOID DRINKING liquids at the same time. I admit, I did adjust my lifestyle and chose better foods as well as exercised, however I do believe having the oil contributed to what I saw next: the cholesterol levels dropped drastically. The best !!!!!

After taking this fish oil for over a year now, I can finally write a proper review. For those concerned with the taste honestly there’s none, but it does have a thick consistency so that might throw people off. It has improved my mental sharpness, it actually relaxes me. Because of Covid I’m sure many are experiencing high anxiety and this has been a lifesaver for me. My hair, and nails are the longest ever !!!! I have never been able to grow my nails long.
