My aunt is using this. Sturdy package. The size is ok - will last for a couple of months. The quality is good, with some effect. The right dosage. No weird ingredients. Absorption with no issues. No odd taste or smell, which is good. Would recommend for anyone with this specific need.

My Functional and Integrative Medical Doctor recommended Nordic Naturals as a superb quality brand of omega 3 fish oil. She said it would help with my inflammation. (I've been advised by Nordic Naturals that if the capsules arrive stuck together a bit in the container, with a little bit of leakage, this doesn't affect the goodness in the product itself in any adverse way, it may just be a little less pleasant to swallow.) From my understanding, the ProOmega range is Practitioner quality, therefore it's of a very high standard. Nordic Naturals fish oils are tested for purity, so you can be sure of non-toxic ingredients when purchasing this brand. :)

Wonderful product with clean ingredients. No aftertaste. Good source of omegas to helps with cholesterol and heart. Helps support brain health. Easy to swallow gel. Will buy again and I do recommend to others. Even my children take it to help with hyperactivity. Delivered quickly and at a good price.

ProOmega is the brand recommended by my optometrist for dry eyes. It helped some, but not enough, so I take a double dose split through the day. I do occasionally get a burp, but it tastes like lemon. As an extra bonus, it also helps with cholesterol and dry skin. If you take this and it upsets your stomach, try splitting your dose. (Or suck it up and call it proof of good stuff!) I think it's the best value.

Partner and I have been using ProOmega Lemon supplement for nearly a year now. Easy to swallow, and we agree that it causes absolutely no unpleasant after-taste nor stomach upset. It is the best Omega 3 we have tried. I started taking Omega 3s for dry eye, as recommended by my eye doctor, and have observed positive results: less eye discomfort, plus nails have grown stronger and joint pain has diminished. The quality is super! I'm delighted with it! The ingredients are high-quality, I gave it to children aged 2.6 and 4.8, the eldest drank it himself, the younger one squeezed it into a spoon, the children are cheerful, active, with an active desire to exercise, the benefits of taking omega are colossal for both the heart and the skin, and most importantly for the brain activities. If you are watching your health, be sure to drink this omega, it has a very good epa/dha ratio, high! I recommend it, especially for children!
