The taste of these vitamin D gummies are super great, kids are willing to use them and so am I. But as the dosage is very high (625% of daily value), we take 1 gummie/serving size couple times in a week not daily. That fits me perfectly as I often forget to take vitamins daily.
We just tried these yesterday. They are excellent. The flavor is sweet with a little bit of tartness, but good. My daughter is low on vitamin D and won't take vitamins well. We've been searching for one she will enjoy because she will avoid taking them if possible. Today she asked for her vitamin D... Woot! Found a winner! Dh tried one and liked them as well... wanted more just to eat. LOL! We like that there is no gelatin and no colorings, as our kids have had issues with food dyes.
