I love this pan. It has a non stick coating which make it easy to remove your cake. I hate a broken cake. I still grease and flower but the coating helps when removing the cake. I love the fluted design perfect for coffee cakes or cake sthat you want to stand out on it own with out frosting.

Great little pans

I own a FULL size Nordic Ware Bundt and these little gems bake just as nicely....one full size recipe makes two perfectly-sized smaller cakes, so buying two was great.I was surprised, however, that they are not as heavy as my larger one, but now that I re-read the description, I see they are made from a lighter material. The directions included with the pan DO NOT RECOMMEND using the dishwasher...but they clean up easily by hand.

Hand Wash Dont put in your Dishwasher

Made the mistake of putting them in the dishwasher. After about a dozen uses the red outer coating began flaking off. Needless to say I had to toss those. Will hand wash from now on.

Just Right

I bought this bundt pan to use in my 8 quart electric pressure cooker. A perfect fit. I used cooking spray even though it isn't supposed to need it. They do not state that it will hold a prepared cake mix, however, it did for me. I am so glad I decided to buy this pan. The purchase of a rather expensive dual purpose springform pan (regular and bundt) was a nightmare---did not perform as advertised. This little blue bundt pan was just right.

The color is nice and it is good looking but quite small. It is very light weight. Have not used it so cannot comment on that aspect. I would recommend based upon what the person need it for.

This piece is beautiful...but it's less than half the size of a regular bundt pan. I was going to give it to my daughter for Christmas as she doesn't own one and the blue color is so pretty. But the only use for this, is if you plan to make cupcakes with the rest of the batter and I wasn't trying to create MORE work for her. SO, I'll keep it and find a use for it, but for a less experienced cook, she needs a bundt pan that holds an entire cake mix. I ended up buying one from a big box retailer for the same price, that was the right size.

This pan is very pretty, however it is smaller than most bunds pans. I did not check the measurements prior to purchasing it. It will probably bake half the size of a regular bunds pan. If this is of concern to you, then you probably should not get this pan. I would probably have purchased two pans if I had realized this was not a regular size.

It is a quality item - Nordic means excellence in bakeware. I wish the size being smaller would have been included in description. I would not have chosen it if I had known. I decided to keep it rather than hassle of returning -- I discovered after filling 12 regular cupcakes I could bake remaining batter at 350 for 22 minutes for a perfect little cake!

inside coating peeling off on first use

I just gave my niece 2 of the red bundt pans even though I bought them in January. She used one for the first time and when she flipped it over to remove the cake, part of the coating came off from the inside. This is troubling because I certainly don't want her kids to end up mistakenly eating any of the coating. Is there a warranty with these pans? Can anything be done to get a replacement or did I just waste $80 because I bought 8 of them?
