Nordic Ware Naturals Baker's Quarter Sheet

I love the Nordic Ware Natural Commercial line of bakeware. I have several cookie sheets of various sizes as well as other pans. They are sturdy yet lightweight, they have never warped, and turn out consistently good results. DO NOT PUT IN DISHWASHER! It will discolor these pieces, which doesn't impact the performance, just looks awful. They wash easily, though, and I have sheets I've had for several years from this line that look as nice as newer pieces. Highly recommend.

Best Sheet Pan

I was made of ware of the product while reviewing a recipe. I was definitely in need of some new sheet pans but was reluctant because of previous purchase always bending/warping while in the oven. This pan so far has held up nicely. First try was following the recipe which called for temperatures of 425 and the pan did very nicely. Would definitely recommend this pan. I will purchase another quarter sheet as well as the half sheet. Great find!*Cleaning instructions require handing washing to maintain look of product.

Great pans - no non-stick coating needed!

I purchased both the jelly roll and half sheet sizes, as I wanted to replace my old and stained non-stick pans. I love how everything (meat, veggies) cooks evenly on these pans and is easy to remove with little to no sticking. I also love that my smoke detector no longer goes off when I open the oven during and after cooking! These clean up easily with hot soapy water (note they are not dishwasher safe).I deducted one star because these pans have all stained during their first use. Even after cleaning, you can see the outline of the meat or vegetables that were on the pan. They also get water stains if you don't immediately dry them. Not a deal-breaker by any means, but just an annoyance, because it looks like the pans aren't clean.

Great quality pan for baking smaller portions

I was looking for something to replace my non stick baking pans. They discolor easily, warp, and bake unevenly. People recommended that I get aluminum and I am glad I listened. I really like using this aluminum baking pan. I use the quarter sheet pan for baking many things. Baked Potatoes, French fries, vegetables, etc I also like to take pieces of frozen cookie dough and bake them. So easy for a great tasting dessert. The food bakes evenly and browns nicely. There is no pan warping. Clean up is very easy. Tip: Don’t let baked on food cool on pan. I like that they are made in USA. I highly recommend this sturdy quarter sheet pan for baking smaller portions. It’s also sold at a great price.

I love Nordic Ware !!!

I ordered 3 of the 10 X 15 jelly roll sheets. The size was perfect. Aluminum is the absolutely best heat distributing metal. Without all of the chemical non-stick coating. This size is great for roasting vegetables in the oven (Brussels sprouts, cauliflower or parsnip fries coated with a little olive oil).The gauge of aluminum is nice and sturdy. The lip on the side ensures that when you roast something in the pans that it will not fall off when taking it out of the oven. I remember my Grandmother's everyday baked goods coming out of the oven. Nicely & evenly browned in her aluminum pans (no burnt bottoms on rolls). And every cook knows that aluminum pans can never be put into a dishwasher. It's just a known fact of cooking with aluminum. Perfect cooking tray!

Great small quarter size pan! We're big Nordic Ware fans, we have several large trays that continue to last. This quarter size is perfect for small cooked meals. High quality, sturdy, wonderful product! Highly recommended.

Poor quality

Agree with Leslie's review, I put this pan in the dishwasher and afterward, the metal had turned a blotchy color - very strange. The pan had been rinsed before putting it into the dishwasher so there was no food or oils on it. Poor quality. Do not purchase!

The Most Useful Pan in the Kitchen

For years, I used the larger half-sheet pans for roasting fish, chicken and all types of vegetables in a standard 30-inch oven. But when I purchased a Lacanche range with two smaller ovens, I needed to switch to using quarter-sheet pans instead. For the past five years, I have found this smaller size to be far more useful - just right for roasting that pound of fish or bunch of asparagus or toasting a few slices of baguette. These pans have held up extremely well to weekly use. Buy some of the racks, as they are very useful, too.

Very good quality pan

I have two full sizw sheet pans. I have two more cookie sheets. All are excellent pans that are still in good condition (even though I have been using them for more than twenty years). However, due to ill health, I can no lander lift up a loaded full size sheet pan. And, because I am home all day, I only bake a few cookies at a time (cut back on temptation - the cookie sheets are still here for Christmas). I have been looking for a quarter size pan rather than use the metal cover for my 9x13 pan. I almost got all I was looking for with this pan. The weight is good - timing cookies on the lighter weight cake pan lid was tricky at best - they went from done to over baked in short order. That is the point at which the junction of Nordic Ware quality & WalMart price made my selection for me. I am content with that choice & appreciate the new pan.

My daughter I law wanted two of these for an early Christmas and gave me the link for another store, which I ordered from. However, the pans arrived damaged and I simply did not want to give pans with dents in them no matter how minor the damage. The store I ordered from made it extremely difficult to send them back and get two new ones without me sweating whether I would get them by my deadline. So, I found the same pans on BBandB. Cheaper using an online coupon. They arrived quickly and undamaged. This is the second time BBand B has exceeded my expectations this season. So I decided I would keep the pans with the dent and used them to make cheese straws. Best cheese straws ever. No over cooked bottoms. I will enjoy using these.
