Nordic Ware Two Burner Griddle - High-Sided
A deluxe version of our classic Griddle King griddle which dates back to the 1940s, this griddle will become an instant favorite in your kitchen. The addition of high side walls keeps splatters contained when cooking foods such as bacon, and also provides an easy 'wall' to push against when trying to slide a spatula under slippery foods such as eggs or sausages. Elegant riveted cast handles were designed for easy gripping, even while wearing bulky oven mitts, and make the pan oven-safe for keeping foods warm after cooking. Coated in premium nonstick surface made without PFOA coating, this griddle is formed from a solid piece of heavy aluminum which is widely admired in the culinary world for its excellent even heating properties. Safe for use on glass, electric and gas stovetops but not for use on induction stovetops. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it may shorten the life of the nonstick coating and may dull the exterior of your pan. While I like wayfair very much, this product is dangerous. The handles are incredibly hot. I think I would like the product otherwise. I would send it back, but I already disposed of packaging and I've tried using it twice. My mistake.

I've only used the griddle once so for, for making bacon. I was very pleased and it cleaned up easily. The handles do get hot, but that was not a surprise. The size was perfect for my cooktop.

I bought this griddle but the handles are a safety hazard has not protection it gets really hot I had burned myself a lot of times dont recommend it. I try to exchange they dont have the service they want me to return it at my own cost doesnt Worth the hustle and money for something Im not happy with. been shopping from them I lot but now I have to think twice before ordering again

While I like wayfair very much, this product is dangerous. The handles are incredibly hot. I think I would like the product otherwise. I would send it back, but I already disposed of packaging and I've tried using it twice. My mistake.

I bought this griddle to replace one that was beyond its useful life. It looks amazing and works great....until you touch the handle! They should have put rubber over the metal as my husband burned himself not realizing that the heat would transfer to the handles. Wish we had bought a replacement with better handle construction to prevent the burn!
The griddle part of it is great. It fits over out 2 burners perfectly, heats evenly, cooks everything wonderfully, and food doesn't stick. But, it has one big flaw. The handles at each end raise up about 3 inches and they get very hot. It is very easy to hit the handles and burn yourself. The handles should not get that hot.
Size is great. Quality is great. Using for cookouts, able to get a lot of spices, bowls, etc on it, also use for transfer hot dishes from oven. Didn’t buy to cook with so not sure but from the make of it I’ll say great. Great buy!
Great griddle, you can use it on electric or gas stoves, heavy duty and handles are very handy too. Arrived fast, thanks to Overstock. Packing was very sufficient, even included original Nordic Ware paper, if you're planning on gifting it. My only con, and it is a very minor, one of the handles has a rough spot that I'm going to smooth down with some sand paper. Buy it!
The product I received had big chunky handles that will get extremely hot if used. I actually wanted the griddle that was in the picture description that has no handles that stick out. I love the high sides of this griddle but I'm not going to take another chance only to get the wrong one again. Customer service, as always, was great.
It is exactly wide enough to cover two burners, and no more. Haven't used it yet, but so far so good.
The handles are a nice feature, but they stand up a bit high which makes it not fit my stovetop properly.
