Waited for over 3 weeks for it to arrive then on first use it had a knocking noise. Googled the problem and seems a very common fault so managed to fix this but if you don't have the tools like a crank puller you would need to send it back. Also the weighted wheels are not true and wobble severely and bad woranahip. It is now working but 2 hours fixing it should never happen considering the xost

Fantastic rowing machine. Great build, solid as a rock. Good training programs. Definitely recommend the machine. Ifit on the other hand is complete garbage. The worst customer service I've encountered online. I wouldn't recommend this product if you plan on using ifit.

The screen on this product is so good, love all of the workouts and the cool scenery you see while working out!!
We have just added this to our rowing club gym and all the members love it.Members of all ages are using it because its so easy to use.Set it up myself and was pretty simple I must say.
Honestly I think anyone giving this a 1 star review probably didn't assemble it properly. Im a pretty big fan of this rower. Its by far the quietest one out there, and has been a perfect solution for living in an upstairs suite on top of my landlords bedroom.Im a pretty strong athlete that competes professionally and the resistance on this is more than capable
