Every gin from this gin maker is wonderful, difficult to pick a favourite. The blood orange and pavlova make a divine cocktail, the pav-tini, as per their website. A treat!
The first thing to note with this gin is the vibrant red colour, the second, of course is the follow through with the bold citrus aroma. The Negroni drinker would love this, as the family of botanicals are enhanced and accentuated by the orange audacity. With but a splash of noteworthy tonic, this gin stands out among its peers. Very adult despite its appearance.
