Chuck away all the parchment paper that's in your cupboard - you won't need it ever again. This mat is brilliant, I have now baked both savoury and sweet stuff on it (pizza, cookies, roast potatoes, fish etc) and I am so pleased with it. It's fantastic at high temperature, easy to wash, good for the environment and for one's diet as well as it allows to cut down on oil when cooking chips, for example. Not aesthetically amazing, but who cares - it does the job brilliantly. Overall great buy, 10/10.

The product itself is good quality but the reality of baking with silicone mats is a LOT of extra work. It seems that no amount of scrubbing / hot water will remove the layer of grease that accumulates after baking a batch of cookies for example (we don't have a dishwasher so cannot comment on whether that works better). Really pleased with this silicone preparation mat. I'm using it pretty regularly now I have it! It's non stick so helps hugely with dough/pastry kneading and rolling and general baking prep. Looks nice and rolls up neatly when stored away. Would recommend.

Love it! Using it often and it works a treat for baking and roasting - no sticking, no greasy oven trays to wash and great to avoid using paper and throwing it away. I'll be buying a second one for batch baking days.

A superb kitchen accessory - same size as a baking tray, food doesn't stick at all, and afterwards just pop in the dishwasher. Just as non-stick on the next use. Now using a lot less baking parchment too.
The best non stick all in one preparation and baking mat. The ideal size to line baking trays and super easy to clean. I love how it is translucent so I was able to put a template underneath to guide piping. Rolls up neatly and slots perfectly in my kitchen drawer.
