I used biotin previously and finished the bottle about 5 months ago. Right away there was no change. And I thought it did not work. Gradually the hair was fuller on the front of my head. Now with coloring my hair, I find that I am losing hair again. I am going to start using it again very soon. I think when you stop using it, the benefits lessen. . Great packaging and it arrived fairly quickly. My only issue is that it is costing more to get free shipping to Canada
