I write this review to help others suffering from Arthritis pain and swelling. So after 18 days, the swelling that kept her up at night reduced to 50%, and her pain went from 10 to 7. After 35 days, swelling down to 25% and pain from 7 to 5. And after 2 months, her swelling was at 10%, and the pain went from a 5 to 3. After 5 months, her swelling ranges from 4-6%, she can still feel a little bit but not much, and her pain scale is now down to 1. For the last month, she has lowered the dosage to only 2-3 caps daily to maintain. So if you're desperate, and nothing else is working, give this a chance to work for you. Use them on an empty stomach and give it a couple of hours before filling your stomach to eat up the inflammation. I was suffering from various unknown sources of pain and considered that arthritis could be one cause. These have helped to manage my pains. Currently I have continued taking them as I have been doing physical therapy (for said pains) and these help relieve the inflammation that causes my sciatic nerve pain (from piriformis muscle inflammation).
