Now Foods Cal-Mag Caps 240 Capsules

After looking at my diet and my nutrient deficiencies I realized I needed a variety of different vitamins/minerals. I discovered cal-mag and realized it combined everything I needed in one supplement without the need to buy a bunch. That makes it very much a convenient money saver.

Good quality. Good ingredients. This supplement consists of good elements to help both bone and cartilage. Very useful product.

When I eat plant protein such as a combination of greens, peas, beans and legumes, my supplement of choice is Now Foods red algae calcium powder. Supplementing with this calcium only product balances the high magnesium content of the vegetables as well as supplying trace minerals from Marine algae. I mix my supplement powders into a glass of water and add several tablespoons of powdered carob to disguise any adverse taste as well as several tablespoons of lactose powder for sweetening.
