I went with this one because the "Extreme Energy" product of NOW was not available (which I liked and tried first). This one seems to be similar though. Taking one in the morning before workout is enough for me (instead 2 caps as per dose). Quickly raises your level of alertness and wakes you up in the afternoon (esp. after lunch when you get sleepy). Nice product!Note that 1-2 times I got headache after taking it, so be cautious.

I really don't remember how long time use this product. Give me more energy and power when i need it not only when i training. I use it and when feel tired and sleep just then I take half dose - 1 caps. Another benefit I have found is that it helps with colds and flu. It was recommended to my mother who has a lot of joint pain and sometimes it is difficult for her to do her daily chores. Now when I buy for me I always buy one more and for her too. She is also satisfied with the hair and the energy she gets when needed.

I absolutely love the Now Brand of everything I have purchased. This energy blend is terrific! Instead of taking several different capsules, everything you need to stay focused and alert all day! You should make sure to take it early in the day as it will keep you awake. Gives a much better boost than a coffee. Definitely recommend!
I used "Genuine Health - Extra Energy" supplements for years. Taking 1 tablet was enough to boost me up for at least half a day. After taking the tablet, I could feel a gentle ramp up of energy boost within 30 minutes. Sadly, the product is not available anymore. I had hoped that "Now - Energy" would do the same. Initially I took 1 table and felt nothing. So, the next day I took 2 tables at a time, and still felt nothing. The label says "Energy", but where is the energy???

I started to notice when I failed to take it for several days my weight loss would stall, and then I would start losing weight again when I started taking it. However, if your digestion isn't in peak condition, it could mean these precious B vitamins pass right through you without any value or benefit to you.
