I have been consistently buying this bottle for the past few years. It has all the required dietary intake amount & benefits and it is according to what I was prescribed. The brand quality, capsule, dosage, ingredient are all up to standard. My bones & cartilage feels so much better after taking it over a long time. Its also the right size for the right price. Taste is decent, you cant taste much of the vitamins. Taking this has given me great benefits and i feel that the product is able to fulfil all my Glucosamine requirements...Love it that its vegetarian too!

I started taking this supplement to see if it would help with recovery from my hard workouts. I have also seen several studies and recommendations that it can help with healthy hair growth and other benefits for your skin. Hopefully I will see some benefits and will continue to use this product. Will just have to wait and see now and always come back and update this review depending on how everything turns out. It’s a reasonable price for this supplement so I figured it’s a low risk with a lot of upside so nothing to lose by trying this supplement.

I started getting daily headaches staring with a stiff neck and creeping up the back of my head. worsening brain fog. I'm in my 20s but have a lot of bone and joint pain often since I was a young age (about 10). I used to take glucosamine in my preteen years as a dancer which was incredibly beneficial as the dancing is quite heavy on the joints. Recently I've been taking this supplement for a few months regularly and I can say I can feel a difference when I'm being consistent and when I'm not! Along which regular light exercise My joints have never felt better. The dosage is 3 tablets which is quite annoying and daunting as the tablets size is quite large but I find them easy to swallow.
