I drank a huge amount of alcohol during my twenties (I'm now 30). I was starting to get some possible symptoms of my liver being under stress over the last 2 years (itching, feeling tired, low motivation, etc). Apparently some antibiotics can cause liver problems, and adding all that alcohol to the mix made it even far worse.Fast forward a few months. I have cut way down on alcohol, changed my diet (loads of veg, rice, fish, eggs, meat, etc), make sure to get enough exercise and have been taking this supplement, 3 tablets per day on an empty stomach, for 3 months. I got a Fibroscan a few days ago and my liver is perfect. My reading was actually slightly better (4.8) than what the average reading is (5.3). I have no proof, but judging by that result and from the very comprehensive list of ingredients in this supplements, I think it has helped me. For my test results to come back at an above-average rating after all the abuse I have given my liver over the years does not seem very likely unless something else was helping me. Either that, or I'm Superman. Either way, I will continue to take this supplement for the foreseeable future and I am pretty happy with it. You probably won't feel any pronounced effects at first. You kind of notice that you feel gradually better over the course of a couple of months. And it's imperative to combine it with a good diet, exercise and sensible drinking habits!

I have had problems low iron and Ievels even though I am taking iron supplements which according to my doctor says are still not high enough even with taking iron supplement. Was told to eat more meat, namely liver. So I found these supplements (as I am no fan of eating liver) and have been using them. My energy levels have increased a lot and no longer feel tired and exhausted. I will be using these as I had such great positive results. Would recommend to anyone struggling with iron deficiencies

I didn't want to rate these poorly but I guess I'm very disappointed that it may not be best for me to take these in pregnancy. Traditional foods of pregnancy is beef liver and is especially nutritious but I'm not always cooking liver unless we get it at whole foods rarely, very far away. I wish this was plain liver without the herbs I've never used. so I actually won't be taking it at all. possible estrogen influenced? I don't really understand one of those herbs usefulness when I look it up. esp can't have hormone related herbs in pregnancy or breastfeeding later.
The composition looks good compared with another brand. I am allergic to a high level of turmeric and its amount (30mg) in this product is appropriate. Another brand has an exceedingly high level of tumerics (300mg) which made me very itchy at night.But I am not sure if milk thistle is good for liver or not as its benefits are not proven by a lot of studies. Another issue is whether this kind of products can be taken by hepatitis carriers. My mom, who is a hepatitis carrier, took liver detox supplements of another brand recently and the liver enzyme level was unusually high for that period. So it’s better to check the composition and do more research to ensure the supplement does no harm to one’s health.
I love this product, just wonderful. I use it in conjunction with my fruit and vegetable juice. Sometimes I take two tablets after breakfast along with the carrot and apple juice, sometimes I open the tablets and mix them into my carrot juice.I love both the taste and the feeling I get. This product helps your liver if it works a lot. I am on a detox journey and I need something that can help support my liver. I would recommend all user to read the instruction throughly , especially pay attention to the wording ”intake with food”. The reason is that the smell of capsule is not good. If you do not intake with certain amount of food, that disgusting smell will keep coming out. Especially it will causes hiccup, those gases will come out with a horrible herbs smell. It definitely have a really bad taste. You are having 3 capsules per time according to the instruction, that herbal smell is going to be really strong. Try not to hiccup, or it may not suit you if you are prone to hiccup already.
I am on a medication that is hard on the liver. I take these in hopes to maintain healthy liver function. They use to come with NAC in them but they must have recently changed the ingredient list. Which is fine because I prefer to take more than what was in there. My liver function has maintained good levels. I'm unsure if I can contribute it to this supplement or not but I am not complaining. If they can benefit it in any way then it's worth taking. The dosage and size are nothing to complain about. I take them all at night.
