Its tastes is not as horrid as the other versions I drank in the past. Those were type I and II only. Not sure if the addition of type III makes a difference in taste. I do mix it with a juice of fresh squeezed lemon, cause the taste is still bad, but not as bad as other collagens.I noticed my nails are growing faster. Maybe it's the product? I like to think so :)

I bought this because it contains all 3 collagens. I don't mind the taste which is like mushrooms. My concern is my blood pressure skyrocketed every time I have taken the powder. I always have normal BP until I started taking this which put me up to stage 1 hypertension. I have tested this for 3 weeks to prove that this supplement had caused it. I am now back to normal after I stopped taking it.

A quality collagen that absorbs well. I take it at night and get great sleep. I like this supplement and am definitely seeing benefits for my skin. My joints feel looser too. There’s a definite improvement overall. I like the size of the container, can definitely ladt a while.

For some reason I got no scoop. It was strange but luckily I had from previous whey protein. Dissolves super good. Better than anything I had before. It doesn't have a horrible bone/meat taste as it's probably somehow processed. The best thing about it that it contains Type 1,2 and 3 of collagen. Apparently, our human body needs all 3 for skin, bones and joints.
I have painful joints from arthritis and this product was suggested to me. I have only been taking it for about a week now but it seems to be helping with the joint stiffness already. The powder is very fine and mixed into drinks pretty well. I don't care for the taste of it in plain water but in other drinks it is barely noticeable.
I had a visitation by an angel, at Costco, as I spoke softly with a VitaMix Demonstrator, believing that I was secure, private, looking for answers, of my increasing physical maladies, & was interrupted by a loud command, not a suggestion, from behind, "You're not eating enough protein" ! Purposely losing weight, weighing my protein daily, which was only fish, for months; I recently, learned that we need 3 differing sources of differing proteins, fish, chicken, bovine ? If correct, collagen plays a role in structural support, bones, cartilage, tendons, sagging flesh, crepe-paper-skin. Time will tell.
