I’ve tried this and also resveratrol from other brands for a few months, after reading Lifespan. Took it with NMN in the morning, on an empty stomach, with a bit of peanut butter. It did nothing for me. Maybe it works for others, but I’m not wasting money on this anymore. On the positive side of things, no negative side effects that i could notice.

I have been taking Resveratorol for over 20 years.I am already 80 years old, but at the age of 70 I suffered from colon cancer and removed the affected area by surgery, but it has completely healed, and thanks to you, I am doing my best every day.In addition to Resveratorol, I am taking Royal-Jelly, Propolis, Ultra-Omega 3, L-Ornithine, Glucosamine & Chondroitin, Arginine, Citrulline, Lutein, Calcium & Magnesium, etc.The ones I think are the most effective were Royal-Jelly and Propolis, which I have been drinking for over 30 years.As mentioned above, I am already 80 years old, but thanks to you, I am doing my best every day.I think this is also a result of continuing to take these supplements.

Solid product. Comes in capsule form. I started taking this along with Coenzyme Q10 and Quercetin (with Bromelain) during lunch has helped me increase antioxidant levels. Part of David Sinclair's supplemental protocol. I'd usually take this one in the afternoon as a secondary supplement. Apparently, I was taking another smaller dose of Resveratrol (150 mg) in the morning too.

This product offers exceptional value for the price! As an individual with ALS, I incorporate it into my morning routine alongside other supplements. Vitamins are essential for me as they provide crucial benefits to my immune system. I have noticed increased strength and enhanced resilience against the progression of ALS. I enthusiastically recommend it to others.
Works sufficiently. The capsule is large and has a bit more of a taste than another product I previously used. As for the effects, I find them pretty subtle. It has a variety of benefits, but I use it mainly to calm down the effects when I've eaten too much MSG/gultamate.
