These gummy chews are really unique compared to others Iâve tried. Most are really sweet and taste more like treats. These Now Omega 3 Plus are a smooth chew that are slightly sweet. They are great for heart health and brain function. I like that they are a product of Norway. Theyâre sugar free and you only need 1 per day. They do have a slight fish oil taste to them but I found I actually liked it after a few days. You donât burp up a fishy taste and the box of 36 will last you longer than a month. They are a much healthier gummy and from a trustworthy company.

I already take an omega capsule most days. I liked the idea of a gummie, easy to chew and swallow. Ever since my eye doctor told me it can help with night vision & dry eyes, I try to take it regularly. We even give our dog omega pills cause the vet said they can help their coat & itching. First, I got my husband to try. He said it tasted like vitamin C but had a weird texture. Then I tried it and didn't like the texture either.
