At around 25€ for 250 pills, I feel like this comes at quite a good price. No capsule seems to be broken, the quality is good as always with this brand. Pinpointing the actual effect of the product is difficult, but what I did notice is some mild, short brain-fog-like experience, when I first took two capsules on an empty stomach. I usually take 1 capsule, 2x daily, as opposed to the recommended dose of 2 capsules, 2x daily. I have never gotten any side effects ever since.

panax ginseng is warming and energising. so, if you are the "heaty" sort (red lips, red tongue, get sore throats frequently), this is NOT suitable for you. panax is great if you are the "cool" sort (pale lips, pale tongue, slow heatbeat). heaty ones shd take american ginseng (as it is slightly cooling). hope this helps those with no knowledge of traditional chinese medicine. as taking herbs unsuitable for you is very damaging to your body. pls like if this helped you.
I haven't taken a proper look before buying, because I kind of trusted this brand... Why?!Why are they sticking this maltodextrin everywhere? What is so magical does it do compared to it's glycemic index over a 100,which is more than pure glucose?Why do I have to take it in, if I am trying to avoid spiking insulin?I really want to say much stronger words, but then the comment won't probably go through...So, message to the manufacturer: if you like the effects of maltodextrin, you can eat it spoonful, but stop adding to the product! People consumed ginseng for centuries without this synthetic garbage!
