Good for immune system and allergies. Just started this product
I have asthma and I use large amounts of antioxidants to avoid taking medications with unpleasant side effects. Quercetin seems to work really well and it is slightly cheaper than pine bark extract.
So if I did get the "thing" it was super mild, same with the variants, even cared for those with the flu and with the "thing" without masks and gloves (not recommended by the "authorities" ) and didn't get sick (but yes, I did quarantine my self after having exposure. It is called being an adult, no mandate needed and no one caught the "thing" from me or those I cared for).I also took the vit c and d and zinc.It just what worked for me, not saying it will work for anyone else. I'm elderly immune compromised and have no allergic nor side effects from this brand. I'm also not as polished as the average person so I might have a little bit stronger immunity. Don't take chances because you read my experience. I'm just sharing that I like this brand and find it helpful.
