From my personal experience, Now Sports Arginine & Citrulline benefits fell short compared to when I used Arginine from another brand. Despite the combination being intended to enhance nitric oxide production and improve blood flow, I didn't notice the same level of performance boost or endurance enhancement. The effects were quite underwhelming, leaving me disappointed. For me, a standalone L-Arginine supplement from another brand delivered much better results. If you're seeking significant performance improvements, you might want to consider sticking with pure Arginine supplements instead.

I am from Malaysia and has been use this product since 1Jan23. I normally take 1 pill in the morning and another pill in the afternoon while I still take my high blood pressure medication - Telmisartan. I feel that this product relaxing my body and assisting me to control my high blood pressure. I measure my blood pressure almost everyday, I notice that even I skipped my high blood pressure medicine for few days but if I constantly taking this supplement twice a day my blood pressure still will under control and wont spike so high.After taking it more than 16 months, I do not felt any side effects and i think this is a safe supplement.
