These keto snacks are a tasty and guilt-free way to satisfy my sweet tooth. These are one of my personal favorites. They have just the right amount of sweetness and texture similar to the usual. I also love the other flavours they carry, which satisfy my cravings without all the sugar. The ingredients are all-natural and keto-friendly, making these snacks a great option for those following a low-carb or ketogenic diet. The only downside is that they can be a bit pricey, but the quality and taste definitely make them worth it. Overall, I highly recommend these keto snacks!

I have been taking sweeteners for my coffee for more than 10 years but not all sweeteners are ok for me. I am concerned of any bad side effects and also dislike bad aftertaste so in the past I only use one (other brand) sweetener and have been sticking to it. Until recently I started to have gum problems and after researching for different remedies, accidentally came across this, claiming it does not promote gum disease. I wanted to try but was still concerned about any aftertaste. So I bought a small package to try it out. Surprisingly it tastes good, less sweet than normal sugar (not exactly a good thing because it means I need to put more in my drinks). I use it in my blueberry bran muffins. No strange aftertaste, blends in well. I measure it the same as cane sugar by weight or measuring cup. Equal sweetness.I’ve tried sprinkling it on fresh strawberries, seems like my taste buds don’t register the sweet. I have not tried in hot drinks.

So, I don't often review products but truly have to share my joy over discovering this NOW xylitol. I just cannot drink my coffee plain. I need sugar, just a teaspoon and a spot of cream! I am a health coach who always looks for quality items that are not harmful to the body and actually taste good with minimal side effects. Xylitol has a low GI (glycemic index) so it won't spike blood sugar. This tastes JUST LIKE SUGAR!!! If you have never had or used xylitol, please read up on it as it may not be for you (can cause loose stool), this usually subsides over time. I like this as a sugar substitute with no negatives now associated with many others. I really DON'T like the taste of stevia; Xylitol is more like real sugar. Great for baking (1-1 ratio) and sweetening tea and coffee drinks. Crystals are slightly larger than sugar and I sometimes grind it fine in a mini coffee grinder; texture comes out like powdered sugar and mixes like a charm. Give it a try!!!
This is like a miracle for mouth health. I've recently started using it and already see positive changes. A proper dose for mouth health is 1 gram (about 1/5 to 1/4 teaspoon), used a minimum of 5 times a day (6-7 times is even better), after every meal, snack or drink of liquid, and then do not eat or drink anything else for 1-2 hours to allow it to work its magic in the mouth. (Swish around the mouth for up to 5 minutes.) This product is a great value. I researched the different sources of xylitol and feel much better about this one made from non-gmo corn cobs (that would otherwise be thrown out and wasted). I prefer to NOT choose the kind made from birch trees, since they strip the bark and the trees will end up dying. How come this is not used more often as a substitute sweetener? Some people experience, evidently, digestive problems after consuming a certain amount of xylitol, but I did not find this at a 1-spoon dose. Giving it 5 stars because it's an amazingly good addition to a homemade mouthwash or nasal rinse/ spray solution. Xylitol is known to induce salivation, which means that it may also be useful in case you have a dry mouth. (dental cream corn)
