Nude by Nature Perfecting Concealer 08 Cafe 5.9ml

I like Nude by Nature in general. It’s one of my preferred drugstore brands, both for the gentle formulas and non-abrasive ingredients. This concealer matches my skin perfectly, which is a challenge I always have. It’s semi-sheer and goes on easily with my fingertips. My only complaint is that the formula is quite sticky, so using anything besides my fingers to blend it would be challenging.

Brightening

This Nude by Nature Perfecting Concealer is packaged in a 5.9ml plastic tube with a slanted nozzle top which houses a small hole through which the product is dispensed. This is a liquid concealer so only the slightest squeeze at the bottom of the tube is needed to dispense a small amount of product, and only a small amount is needed to do the job.I first dab the concealer with my finger then use a Nude by Nature concealer brush to blend in the product. Concealer with skincare benefits

The concealer is packaged in a white tube with signature rose gold lid. The applicator tip is slanted with a small hole for dispensing the concealer. Per the instructions, I apply this to areas before foundation. This includes the under eye area, blemish scars and areas prone to redness around the nose. Normally I would apply concealer after foundation. I found the concealer quite thick in texture. As a result, I found it more difficult to blend in and found that it didn’t do much to conceal redness or blemishes compared to other concealers.I do like that the concealer has skincare benefits of Kakadu Plum, jojoba oil, vitamin E and Shea butter. These ingredients are very suitable for my dry skin and for Vitamin C brightening effects.

Great for blending

I absolutely love the Nude by Nature Perfecting Concealer. I find it blends beautifully with both powder and liquid foundations and can be used thickly to cover any dark spots, or lightly where needed. It stays on or day (even while playing sport) and doesn’t cake or crack. It doesn’t irritate my skin and is easily removed at the end of the day with some micellar water and a reusable make up wipe. I tend to put a bit on my finger and apply it that way rather than using the applicator tip, and I find it great under the eyes if you blend it with your finger. It's comes in eight shades, so finding a match shouldn't be too hard. I think since purchasing mine, they've reduced the packaging size so if recommend checking that out to ensure its still good value for money.

I have tried multiple concealers at all price points and always come back to this for everyday because its non irritating, medium coverage, forgiving/easy to apply and moisturising to wrinkles/crepiness. I set with extremely tiny amount of powder and finish my makeup with spritz of one of the water sprays and a tiny drop of rose hip oil between both undereyes for added hydration and this works best for me on my middle aged undereye. If you are wondering about the new formula it seems to have somewhat more pigment/coverage than the old one so if you prefered the old one you could just sheer this out with moisturiser or oil I think. Really like this no3 colour as the lighter ones pull ashy on me. Natural ingredients and a natural finish

This was previously called Liquid Mineral Concealer but now comes in more shades. It is a medium coverage liquid concealer that comes in a small squeezable tube. The ingredients are natural and include: Glycerin, Jojoba oil, Shea butter, beeswax, Squalane, Kakadu plum extract, Vit E.It is a bit runny, you could use fingers to apply but I'd recommend a concealer brush for better control. It blends nicely but in terms of coverage you may need more than 1 layer to conceal. I use it around the eye area and it doesn't crease or settle into my fine lines.It's ok as a concealer but you may need more than one layer for adequate coverage. It leaves a natural finish that is not too flat. It does expire quite quickly after opening - you have to use it up in 6 months.

Nice natural concealer

Nude by Nature Perfecting Concealer is probably the best natural concealer that I have tried. I selected shade: 05 Sand. It was a little more peach toned in real life but it actually brightened my eye area nicely. I found that the applicator applied the product evenly but I still prefer to warm it up with my fingers before applying for a seamless application. It needs to be blended well because it has a slightly sticky consistency. It doesn’t turn matte or dry out so it did settle into my fine lines by the end of the day so I found that I needed to smooth it out again but I usually touch up anyway so that wasn't a problem.With all of that said I did like the fresh, dewy finish - perfect for under the eyes. Not Remotely Natural Looking

I have really dark circles under my eyes do was eager to see if this concealer could help disguise them, but I was really disappointed.The packaging, as with the rest of the range, is lovely and has an expensive and high quality feel. It's easy to get just a small amount form the tube so you don't end up wasting any.I found the consistency of the concealer quote thick, which meant it didn't blend very easily and looked really obvious on my skin. Poor Coverage and Useless

Nude By Nature is the first brand I used when I first started out on using make up. This concealer is really no good for a newbie because it has very little pigment to give a good coverage for blemishes, even if I tried two or three layers, it does not work. Rose Beige is a good colour for Asian skin but coverage is absolutely poor. I had to finish a few tubes of Rose Beige with mixing it with my cheap but very pigmented colour corrector to get it to work.

Pretty decent

I have very dry dark and wrinkly under eyes, and have tried too many concealers and they always fail. This one is the only decent one Ive come across. It seems hard/thick/dry? but somehow it blends to appear dewy and illuminating. Coverage isnt full, but I dont mind, so long as it isnt cakey I'm sold. And my sensitive eyes don't burn.
