Nudie Lean Dean - Dry Ever Black The Lean Dean is a tapered fit, slim / tight all the way from the top to the bottom, with a tapered leg that is tight from the knee down to the narrow leg opening. It has medium / regular rise and waist. Made from organic comfort stretch denim Nudie's Everblack fabric has been developed to keep its pitch-black tone after wear and washing. The result is a fabric that remains pitch black after over 40 domestic wash cycles. Normally, when fabrics are dyed the pigment will not completely fixate. Thus, excess dye remains unfixed on the surface which eventually tears off as you wear and wash your garment. In the case of Nudie's Everblack fabric, the method and type of dyestuff have been improved to provide a stronger fixation, resulting in greater color fastness that makes the fabric withstand more wear and washes. Been wearing nudie jeans exclusively since about 2008… I won’t be switching brands as long as they continue making jeans…As a customer of the self edge in nyc I’d have to say my nudies are more of my go to daily wearing jeans…Couldn’t be happier since the first pair…

So I tried the ‘everblacks’ for the first time about a year ago. Wore them almost every day, never washed. The color does indeed fade, in fact it turns red. Not very appealing. I would prefer the normal grey fade of the dry cold black.

I bought my first Lean Dean jeans and loved the fit. I bought 4 other Lean Deans on different occasions and I had to return them all because non was consistent with my first purchase. I bought this black jeans which is also totally different from my first Lean Dean purchase but I decided to keep it because I got tired of returning and losing money for returning items that didn't fit.This black jeans fit was tolerable until I made the mistake to wash it. It has shrank so much that I can't even fit my thigh in it. It shrank from size 34 to about size 30.Note: I didn't even dry it all the way in the dryerI'm very disappointed
Really like the dark black colour, but have only worn my new jeans a few times, kind of saving them for dressier occasions. I'm a Grim Tim fan and when I ordered my last pair (rigid dry) directly from Nudie, I neglected to use the virtual size guide, which was a mistake. I ended up with jeans that were a little too large. This time, I checked and rechecked my measurements and ordered according to Virtusize and the jeans fit perfectly. They are definitely more slim fitting than Grim Tim, but a good look, I like them. Nudie Jeans make a good jeans and I appreciate the company's philosophy on the many issues they support. Cheers!
Runs pretty small. Compare with other color I got a few months back. Fits really thight and small while is the same size.Also hairs stick to tha jeans pretty crazy. Doesnt happy with the other color ( it was dark sky, the one blueish black).Pretty dissapointed).
I love these pair of jeans. The surface, the color, the slightly stiff denim at the beginning, which after a few days of wear softens and indicates that this is a pair of jeans that will change with daily use. I have two other pairs of the same model, well used and washed, both with a completely different character. The journey with the new pair has just begun.
The jeans has 2 percent elastane, which make them easier to wear from day one. The fit is excellent. I have worn them consistently since almost a month, but I haven't seen any fades (yet). I expect a longer time needed to get good fades, since the fabric is pretty soft.
More room for the thighs, without the rest of the jeans being too loose/saggy. For me it was strangely tight a few centimeters below the waistline. I solved that by getting the jeans wet and pressing out on each side with a reversed clamp. Nudie is one of the few brands with a shorter length option, perfect for shorter guys.
The fit did not match the description. It certainly was not a ‘slim’ fit and the length of leg much longer than displayed. Sadly no other raw jeans at all, apart from these in my size on your website. very disappointing experience.
