I’m not sure why adding lysine makes a difference ( ? ) but these seem to do the same job as the regular Nurofen. I didn’t really notice any difference as to the time it took to reduce my sinus pain. I prefer the other 96 pack as it’s more compact. These are in blister style packaging.

I suffer with chronic migraines and body aches and pains and this product I haven’t been using for that long, but I have found to work fantastically.
I have been using this product for a few months now and I absolutely love it. The fact that you can take it on an empty stomach is perfect as when you feel terrible and not like food, you can still use them.
Works really quickly & I’m finding this product so good that I’m not being Hospitalised with migraines anymore. Has bought me so much relief in more ways than one

These may show signs of acting faster but not to the extent Nurofen tablets provide. I've used Nurofen daily for 15 or more years for Arthritic symptoms & tried these in replacement of the tablet but found they lack the strength.
Great for muscle & arthritic pain, highly recommend!
