The last time I ordered this product with the Vitamin D and the taste of it, when you take it into your mouth, is disgustingly fishy. And sometimes we have a fishy reflux.Unfortunately we bought quite a few of them.

Before having laser eye surgery, it was recommended that I take 3000mg fish oil daily for two weeks prior and also after having the surgery. I took 6000mg of this everyday and at my 1 week post-surgery appointment they couldn\'t believe how well my eyes had healed! They said that they had healed to the point they would expect to see at 3 months post-surgery. It was also expected that I would need to use lubricating eyedrops for about 3 months post surgery, but as I was still taking 6000mg daily, I only needed the eyedrops for the first week post-surgery.

For some time I have been very frustrated at not being able to recall peoples names, and at age 78years put it down to an aging thingy.
