I've been having a daily morning scoop of Gut Relief for a couple of years now. It rapidly stopped reflux and serious pain from diverticulitis. When you're crippled with pain & all the doctor can say is eat more fibre, take antibiotics & when it's life threatening we'll cut sections of your bowel & intestine out, it's really frightening. But a quick chat with a well informed health foods shop owner changed all that & honestly saved me from a horrendous future. I recommend Gut Relief to everyone who tells me they have any kind of digestive pain. They all thank me later.

The product overall is a reasonable price, the facts and details of ingredients and contents, what is and what it does to help assist and improve health as an everyday gut support. This is my 2nd container, and absolutely love it. After many years of gut bloat and discomfort, it has finally gone!!! I have tried many products and lost count of funds spent. This product is a life changer for me.
I brought the gut relief a few weeks ago and have definitely noticed a difference, my food digested so much better. I'm fussy and the flavour is actually nice so I enjoy taking it every morning plus it's affordable, would highly recommend it!

It's made in NZ apparently so you know it'll be quality (same reason Chinese folk must have NZ or Aust. baby formula) because it's trustworthy and high quality. I put my Mum on to it and in two days here gut issues subsided. I informed myself on each of the ingredients and found them all relative (no unnecessary bulking agents etc.) and that's why it works. I would be in hospital alot more without this product. It is a great product and works really quickly. This product tastes really good. It is great for people whose suffer from diverticulitis.
The idea of this product really excited me given it's purpose is the help promote good flora bacteria in the tummy, not just help to control bad bacteria like pre biotics do. However of he taste of the product is most unpalatable. The powder does not dissolve properly even when mixed in a blender. I even tried mixing it with soda water to see if this would improve the breakdown of the powder and make it more pleasant to drink.. Great idea, but needs work on the taste and more dissolvable powder. Sorry.
bought it off tiktok recommendations, works well, taste is tolerable and definitely a great way to add some extra prebiotics into ur diet. i love that it comes as a powder although it is not a miracle cure for stomach problems.
