I’ve taken a lot of different forms of magnesium , some naturopath prescribed but these Hi-Zorb are brilliant for stopping my continual leg cramps. Some types upset my bowel but these are no problem.

I found this product to be very helpful in reducing my leg cramps and almost completely eliminating my Restless Legs problem. I must say here that I use 3x the recommended daily amount to achieve these results (1 capsule at breakfast and 2 capsules at dinner) as experience has shown me that lesser amounts don't do the job properly.
