I have used this for 30 days and found it very good. I did sleep better. I went to sleep quicker and woke less often. Unfortunately for me there wasn’t enough magnesium in it to stop the leg cramps that I get so I am trying something new. If you don’t need the magnesium for cramps then you should try these!

I think I have found the sweet match for sleeping through the night - Sleep+. I have tweaked and tweaked since the first lock down, when things were tough and sleep was not my friend. This didn't work as well as I hoped. I usually only get between 4-5 hours sleep and often it is broken sleep. I need 6-7 hours. My results were mixed, some nights I would fall asleep faster but still wake up 2-3 hours later and struggle to get back to sleep again. Other nights I would wake up 2-3 times but only be awake for 15-20 minutes each time. Overall it hasn't significantly increased the amount of sleep I get.
This was the first Magnesium/Sleep combo which I used many years ago. I have since tried a number of other similar products but always when I return to using this product I realise that it is the most effective and that I should stick with it. It seems to have the best balanced combination of magnesium and other, herbal products.
I havent had very much relief from this product, my muscles still feel tense in bed at night . I have tried taking it at different times of the day also as find swallowing 2 capsules an hour before bed makes me feel like indogestion
