Love this flavour of Broth Concentrate - the Lemon & Ginger makes it so tasty. I used it in a stir fry which was a game changer. Great value for money as it is so concentrated. Will keep buying this one all year round.

Intrigued by the liquid version of a concentrated stock, I was eager to use this. However, the jar I had was a thick mass more like stone that couldn't be chipped at, that a gooey mixture to add to hot water. I needed to put the jar in hot water several times to create a consistency. Not the time saver I desired

I have found the Lemon Ginger concentrate, with its strong flavour, works best in a dressing or marinade. Not one I would have as a drink, too salty. The powders are better for that.

I’m a week in to taking it first thing in the morning before my coffee. It’s actually a great start to the day and I’m not sure if it’s just in my head, but I’m feeling a lot more energised. I feel like it’s going to be amazing on a winter morning especially to warm the belly.
I tried the lemon acv broth, the flavour was very tasty but way too salty. By the time I finished a small serve my mouth was dry and I’ve had to drink cups of water to rehydrate. I checked the ingredients and salt is listed as the second ingredient. If the salt could be reduced it would be a great product.
I wasn’t sure if this flavour combination would be great but I tried it and I LOVE it. I’ve finished the whole jar. I can’t wait to buy more. Thank you 🥰
