I bought this to replenish my dopamine and I think it’s worked. When you get older you emotions kind of go flat but I have felt more excited and more energetic being on these pills. When I run out I will be reordering! Won’t be without them.

Absolutely the best addition to my workouts! I use this as part of my pre-workout regime.What this product did for me:Increase staminaI found I was able to lift heavierNo burn out or “crash” after workout.More energized workoutsOnly con, I didn’t like the tingles (pins and needles) feeling it gave me in my hands and face. However this quickly went away once I began my workout.Went to reorder and it’s out of stock!! Hoping this comes back soon. In the meantime trying another company but would much rather stick with a brand I know works for me.

Love the capsules, but feel like there should be more per bottle, especially when compared with the caffeine which has 500 servings per bottle while the beta alanine only has 60
There was no negative in using this product, but I didn't see/feel any different. That seems to be my story though. I would neither recommend nor would I tell you not to try them.
I have used this brand for a few days and I did not feel the beta alanine itch which was dissapointing. I do enjoy the skin crawl when working, to me personally that tells me it's working. I can't say how effective this is as I'm taking it with a preworkout and creatine. I'm older and been working out since my youth so my recuperation time was never an issue. I've taken four capsules 30 min before workout and nothing..
I was skeptical and my buddy bought this for he and I to try out. The one thing about taking beta-alanine supplement is, you can actually feel it. Generally the tingle with just two tabs from GNC brand, would surface around 15-20 min of taking. This, barely gave any sensation if at all. I knew the price was too good to be true. I’ll stick to my guns, if it doesn’t have CarnoSyn® in the ingredients list, it’s a gamble. Thankfully, not on my dime.
