Anchovy source omega-3 is also my favorite omega-3 because I don't face to allergy problem unlike other sources of cod or tuna fishes.

I have been taking them for a month and the results are satisfying. My nails are growing stronger and less hair is falling. I recommend it.

I took a fish oil 1hm from a different brand and it causes me to break out and diarrhea, but when I tried Nutricost, I dnt have this issue or whatsoever. Quality was great on this one, and ingredient of DHA and EPA was above all others. I like the product a lot.
