We take 2 per day normally and 3 per day when we are traveling and exposed to more people. It is supposed to ward off viruses. And indeed in a time when covid and flu are on the rise and lots of people around us were sick. We have both been fine. (knock on wood) so we will make this part of our regular routine!

I have a long history of headaches and migraines. I took 400mg of B² for years, until it became unavailable at my pharmacy. It was too costly to buy 100mg and take 4, 2x/day. I was so glad to find these, in the 400mg. Until I went without the B² for so long, I hadn't realized how much it helped with headaches. It doesn't cure migraines, but as the other headaches at times can trigger them it sure helps.I'll never go without this again, if I don't have to. Anyone reading this… Full disclosure, as they say: I'm not a doctor. I'm just a highly satisfied customer. My doctor recommended the B², knowing the scripts I take.

I have been searching a B2 that doesn't have an awful smell/taste. This is the 3rd brand I am trying and is my first order with Nutricost. I received them within 3 days. I ordered both 100mg and 400mg. And I am happy with them, I will be ordering more.

I’ve struggled with headaches since I was 8 and I have been to doctors + neurologists and have been prescribed preventative pills that were antidepressants and gave me lots of side effects as well as triptan medications for actual headaches but those pills seemed to actually keep bringing back my headaches. I would often pair the prescribe that medication with 800mg ibuprofen and sometimes it would or wouldn’t work. I was also getting around 1-2 migraines a month that would lead my to the ER. I wanted to stop taking medication that gave me side effects so I made a little research and bought these vitamins. I pair them with ashwagandha (stress reducer) AND OMG!! Vitamin B2 was suggested by my doctor based on my health issue. . I found this brand, Nutricost, to be the one for me after comparison to other brands. I will not recommend anything. What is right for me may not be right for you. I believe you should do your own research as I did, to find what is best for you. The value and quality, in my opinion, are suitable for what I expected.
I started taking this vitamin July 2019 for migraines per my doctors orders. After a month I had an appt with ENT doctor. He noticed I had to keep clearing my throat(which started after taking these pills) I told him I started having this problem after taking this B2 pill for a month. The inside of my mouth started feeling funny like I had scalded the inside and my mouth was dry and sore. I am taking these pills to my doctor and pharmacy to see if they think these caused this.. I have stopped taking them and my mouth is starting to get better. I do not think these pills are safe to take and I would not recommend anyone to take them... I am going to have my doctor suggest a brand and name before I just buy anymore off Amazon...
Reevaluating this product - Got replacement quickly. The seal was secure this time. I think the problem might have been in taking off the actual cap before entirely removing the clear plastic covering the cap. If just a little of the plastic is left on, I think it catches onto the seal when the cap is removed. This COULD have caused the seal to be broken on the first bottle.Original review: I’ll definitely re-rate these when I get the replacement.But when I twisted the cap off, the inside seal was already partly peeled off. The bottles usually say not to use if the seal is broken. So I’m waiting for a new bottle.It’s still my hope that these Riboflavin supplements will be “just what the dr ordered” but I won’t know till I get the replacement.
I purchased Nutricost Vitamin B-2 for my husband on the advice of is Neurologist. The item was shipped and received in a very timely manner from the seller. In addition, the item was very securely packaged. My husband finds Nutricost Vitamin B-2 tablets very easy to swallow and has had no negative side effects from the product. In the time he's been taking these, we have seem some improvement. We would definitely buy these again in the future from the same vendor. We would recommend this.
