This is a fantastic formula! I noticed changes immediately [after the first day]! Bloating was gone, and no bad breath in the morning! My stomach was soothed during the day and I could focus on how I was eating instead of just what I was eating. It helped curb my cravings and I also have more significant amounts of energy.
