Lemon lime tastes really good. I purchased these hydration daily tablets from my local grocery store Stop Shop. The electrolyte level is at one out of a three. This one is wild strawberry. It’s naturally flavored. They are electrolytes done right add one tablet to 16 ounce of water up to three times a day it’s made for all day refreshment formulated for sipping light delicious flavor. I started using these about a year ago when I was diagnosed with POTS. My electrolytes get out of wack easily and I’m prone to dehydration and after trying a LOT of diff brands, I found these had the best ingredients, were the most affordable, and lowest sugar. To all the reviews comparing these to liquid IV, of course those taste better just look at the amount of sugar in them. And those are twice as expensive. Gatorade, Powerade, even Pedialyte all contain unnecessary dyes, sugar, or artificial sweeteners and don’t have as many or the ideal amounts of electrolytes/ vitamins as these little gems. I like to put them in seltzer water so it’s like drinking a flavored seltzer and fyi they dissolve a lot faster that way. My son drinks Nuun regulary to support his heavy training regimen. Strawberry Lemonade is the best flavor according to him! Really easy convenient way to boost your hydration pre and post workout. The effervescent tablets in the tube package are great for travel. We take them on tournaments and pack them in his tennis bag all the time. Pop one tablet in a water bottle and you have an instant electrolyte sports drink. We've cut down on gatorade and the link as these tablets have quality ingredients and cut down disposable plastic bottle waste.

I have tried other elecrolyte powders and this one is definitely a contender. I like that the packaging is small and compact and can easily be brought travelling or on the go. The strawberry lemonade taste is okay. The tablets essentially get dissolved in your water bottle, however the one thing I don't like is that it takes a while to dissolve. I'm pretty much done drinking and the tablet is still dissolving at the bottom of my bottle even after shaking it around. I would probably purchase this again but only if on sale. Good hydration after a cardio workout.
First off, I love all of the NUUN flavors I have tried (which is at least 6 at this point honestly). I always carry these with when I am traveling, and especially when hiking/backpacking/biking. I have gotten foot cramps when my potassium is low ever since I was a teen in dance, and these have seemingly helped prevent this when outside for long periods of time. These are also fantastic when I am hiking and want something besides plain old water without a crazy amount of sugar like juices contain. The tablet form is also *much* preferred to so many of the other powdered electrolyte packets out there. Way less risk of mess (as someone that is constantly wiping powder off the countertops from my partner's liquid IV packets lol).
I have tried many different forms of electrolyte supplements, and these are up there with my favourite. These come in a very handy, resealable, portable container, in individual dose - sized tablets. It says to use one tablet in one glass of water per dose; this is very simple and easy for being on the go or while exercising. The taste is very palatable - it is sweet, but also the right amount of sour. Definitely not too sweet like some of these drinks. The price is very affordable for ten servings and there are other flavours available too. The effervescence reminds me of soda. I will be trying the test and will purchase again.
