I've been using NUUN hydration tablets for about a year now. This is an excellent product. I use these regularly after any endurance workout, and during any outdoor hike or climb. NUUN tablets eliminate any chance of cramping, and they help to very quickly recover. The berry flavored tabs taste really good.

This was my first experience with Nuun. As such, I was not sure what to expect. I think Nuun has a great product idea and platform on which to sell their product. My issue with the Nuun product I received, is the taste/flavor. The taste/flavor to me, tasted like watered down soda, which was not what I was expecting. I ordered both the Blackberry Citrus and Ginger Lemonade. I like that both have caffeine. I am a big water and unsweetened iced tea drinker but like adding a tablet to one of my drinks most days for a little flavor. I am also a nurse in a intense physical rehab hospital. Its very physically exhausting some days. I find having a Nuun drink during my busy shifts helps with avoiding grabbing a soda when I need some energy and craving something with flavor. I used to think electrolytes were Gatorade marketing myth. Not any more! One of these a day on the AT and fewer fatigue symptoms, faster recovery. I don't know the science, but works for me. Pricy but well worth it. Easy to break in half to fit the throat of a smart style water bottle, completely mixes itself into the water, just enough of a taste to let you know its working.
We've used many different brands of vitamins. Some work. Some don't. Nuun is an excellent brand. Besides the vitamin tablets. We use immunity and energy. My daughter's fiance is in law enforcement and we gave him a couple of tubes of energy. He loves them. Thanks for providing great products.
The flavor is heavier than other Nuun flavors I've tried, with a prominent taste of stevia. Maybe this is to mask the caffeine. Other than taste, it's an efficient hydrator and contains just enough caffeine to give a lift. I won't purchase this flavor again.Overall, Nuun has great quality and ingredients. The size is a bit small for the price, and the hard, plastic tube is wasteful packaging. I'd prefer them packaged as Alka Seltzer or Tums.
I am used to drinking Gatorade because I dehydrate really easily. Anyway, I decided to try Nuun. I really don't enjoy the taste. It could be because I am used to real sugar and not fake, but still. I also hate the fizz but that's my fault for thinking effervescent would be good.It could be they will grow on me, but I don't think so. I do feel very hydrated so that's a plus and less sugar is ultimately good. But I still can't say I enjoy it.
A convenient way to receive the essential electrolytes you need before and after a workout. Tablets come in a pill bottle of 10-12 servings and are easy to break in two when placing in a plastic disposable water bottle. Some flavors will contain caffeine such as Mango/Orange (My favorite) and Cherry Limeade. The tablets fizz in your bottle as they dissolve which I believe has a minut form of carbonation. Flavors do not have a strong taste. The flavors are good for those who like a touch of flavor in your water. Flavors I purchased were Mango Orange, Cherry Limeade, Strawberry Lemonade, and Grapefruit Orange. Recommend adding a break line to the tablets.

In fact, more Nuun was my first purchase once I got out of the hospital and stopped staring at my beautiful new baby!The strawberry melon and blueberry pomegranate flavors are my favorites.
i love all flavors of nuun---been using them for a few years. they all taste very good--nice and fruity.i break one tablet in half, and dissolve it into my breakfast juice. you can use a whole tablet, obviously---i use half, because i get some of the same vitamins from the multivitamin pill that i take.with the pandemic still out there, it's important to keep your immune system as strong as possible, and i feel this product helps achieve that.
