I’ve been having this powder for 5 weeks now after starting with the sampler pack and am impressed by a number of things:1. The powder dissolves well in a shaker, and turns into this nice creamy drink, as opposed to some vegan protein powders that have a sandy texture and a strange aftertaste.2. As a runner, I have actually noticed a difference in recovery times, particularly after longer runs. It may be too early to tell, but the signs are definitely in the right direction!3. The protein quality is high, there is minimal sugar and the yield is high. Best Low Fodmap Powder

I have a pretty restricted diet due to some health issues. I follow a Low Fodmap diet to include being gluten and dairy free. I was so nervous to try a protein powder but decided to try Nuzest. I bought my first batch and it sat in my kitchen for a few months before I was brave enough to try. If my stomach rejected this stuff it was going to be pretty painful so that’s why I waited so long. Thankfully the product worked AMAZINGLY! I am loving Nuzest! It’s hard for me to get enough protein in my diet and this is the best for me to make sure that I’m taking in enough. Love it!!

Honestly I hate protein powder and this is the best thing I’ve ever tried.

I generally hate protein powder- can’t even tolerate it. When it says fun flavors- I’m always like no it’s a grainy chalky gunk. And I can taste it no matter what I Make it into. I don’t know why I ordered this- I guess all the reviews. And when I first ordered, they only had chocoalte instock- has to be a good sign right? So I got the chocolate. I was surprised by how well I tolerated it despite it being somewhat grainy. So I went and got the vanilla, bc I saw other reviews who said same thing. And I was honestly blown away.

Lightest protein shake ever

Really enjoying the CLP product. It’s a light easy digestible shake (for me). Significantly less bloating than other plant based protein drinks.It does have a light taste, not over flavoured. The fact that it is also light in calories while delivering 20 grams of protein is great.My only very minor gripe is that I make it solely with water, and the froth it creates in a shaker is significant and does spoil the smoothness of the drink. If you mix with almond milk, it doesn’t froth anywhere near as much, although alters the taste.

Just discovered Nuzest Strawberry Pea Protein. Love it! Creamy, and only a little bit of beet root sugar. I can't tolerate extra stuff or fake sugars (I have SIBO). I'm thankful that I found something so yummy. I add blueberries/cherries to it, which I hear helps lower glucose.My only complaint is the price :). I got it on overstock, and hope there is a sale when time to reorder. I bought a couple of other flavors, but have not tried them yet. I have digestive issue, can tolerate this protein and it tastes really good! I feel like it a treat.Thanks Nuzest.ps: have a different brand I'm trying at the same time and I really don't like the texture of the other brand. The other brand also has strong pea taste. I have to add nut butter. Nezest is a step above.

My favorite protein

This protein is the best for my stomach. I have multiple food allergies and chronic liver disease. Smoothies are essential for me sometimes and adding protein helps me maintain muscle despite my limited diet. The coffee is my favorite flavor. Also as a neuroscience PhD candidate studying flavor perception in young children, I love how Nuzest makes healthy products for kids too! It’s awesome to see a company promoting health throughout life.

Protein fine. Ship time not.

This review is purely personal to my circumstance. I wish the protein had more grams/2 scoops, but I need a lot of protein & using 8 scoops/day is too much for me. My gut struggles digesting it & I get sluggish, even tho' all my other shake ingredients are clean for me. Caveat: these issues are more according to my body, rather than any statistical fault with the product. The shipping, however, is a company thing. Got tired of waiting almost 2 weeks for my order direct from the company & ordered a 2nd CLProtein off Amazon & received 2 days later for the same price. The 1st CLProtein I ordered direct from nuzest, I received 3-5 days after receiving from Amazon. So the one star knock off is for ship turn around time.

Fast forward to a few months later, my dad has gained over 14kgs since starting the Nuzest powder - he has more energy, his blood-sugar levels are also more stable, he doesn't feel as weak and his specialist was so impressed with his improvement that she asked my dad to bring the tub of protein powder he was taking to his next appointment. The specialist had a look at the ingredients and said 'this is one of the cleanest protein powders I've ever seen, keep taking it as it's clearly making a big difference! - she forwarded a correspondence to his other specialist and even took a photo of the Nuzest protein powder and attached it in a note. My dad's second specialist was also impressed and even praised me for finding such a great option!Thank you for creating such a great product!

Took some time to get used to

I’m not a bodybuilder and I have never usually drunk any kind of protein drink. I bought this product to easily help increase my protein intake for pregnancy. I bought the chocolate flavour and I have to admit that the smell, flavour and texture was off putting and it took me some time to get used to it. I could not drink it in my first trimester. I have since bought the vanilla flavour and its much easier to have in my smoothie. The smell and flavour are much more pleasant however the texture is sill slightly gritty. Nutritionally, I really like everything about it so I will continue to use it but I am not crazy about the price. As far as I know being expensive is kind of standard for protein drink powders and at least this isn’t synthetic. simplicity that is hard to find on the market

I've been trying very hard to find vegan protein that isn't filled with a million ingredients which usually hurts my stomach. I also don't like the taste of stevia, this protein is perfect for me, not too chalky for a vegan powder and I can use some honey or maple syrup if I want to add a little extra sweetness, I've always had a problem with artificial sweetners. This protein powder is perfect for me, no bloat or weird congested feeling after drinking one of these. This will be my go to protein powder from now on. I tried strawberry, chocolate and vanilla and all taste true to their flavorings, love it. I hope this formula never changes!
