NYX Professional Makeup Bare with Me Prime Set Refresh Multitasking Spray

The spray felt calm on my skin I wouldn’t know it was there nor did I notice any scent. This a great primer, set and multitasking spray that I would buy again and recommend to family and friends.

I’m still trying out this setting spray, and so far, I’m really liking it! It feels refreshing and keeps my makeup looking great throughout the day. Plus, it smells good, which is a nice bonus. My only small gripe is that the spray nozzle could have a wider mist for more even application. Overall, it’s been doing a great job, and I’m excited to keep using it!

I love this. The fact that it's a primer and a setting spray is a game changer. Less to put in my makeup bag. And on top of that, you can even use it to refresh your makeup throughout the day and/ or night. It does exactly as it says in that it gives your face a natural finish, which is wonderful for me! I give this a 10/10 and would definitely recommend. Would buy again whenever it runs out; you get a decent size bottle and you don't need a lot. It is not sticky and it has a light scent, kinda floral which is fine with me being I'm not sensitive to smells. Again, I love that it gives me a natural finish to my face!!

AMAZING!

I absolutley love this spray for both my skincare and my makeup. It just makes me look so good and dewy. This is literally school air proof so if you know, you know. I've repurchased this muliple times even though you get so much product for a great price i just use it so much because its so good im about to repurchase another one. It feels so good on the skin and is so refreshing i will never spend money on pricey ineffective setting and multitasking sprays again this is the best one ive tried.

Favorite Setting Spray

This is my favorite setting spray, for a multitude of reasons. For the price, it's one of the better ones on the market since this is a large sized bottle compared to even NYX's other offerings, let alone the competition. Secondly, I love the finish on this. I have drier skin for the most part, but find that powders still impart the best coverage and texture reduction for my base, and this spray just helps it look more skin like afterwards, without breaking down the rest of my makeup. My makeup is always right where I placed it at the end of the day. I think at this point I'm on my 5th bottle of this since I started using this a few years ago.

I bought this again!

I bought my second spray bottle today after using up the first one. I highly recommend this as a dupe to the Urban Decay Allnighter setting spray, which I also have and love. The NYX Bare With Me is one I use daily every morning after I apply my sunscreen and make up. My face sweats when I get hot during my daily walks and this spray works! My make up never ever runs or smears, this is why I bought my second bottle today and wanted to write a review.

I like it!

I really love the formula of this. I feel like it actually holds my makeup where I put it (I do not wear a lot), and also adds a subtle glow. Like, almost as if I had a bit of highlighter on, but even more subtle than that. It also lets my skin still feel like skin; I touch my face a lot and it doesn't feel like I have anything on, and it also doesn't mess up what makeup there is when I touch it. The reason for the 4 stars is the way it sprays. As other reviews mentioned, it is like a full on squirt bottle spray, really narrow and heavy. After practicing with it I've gotten better at it, but it still requires 5 or 6 sprays to cover my face because the width of the spray is so narrow, but my face feels wet because it's so heavy. My trusted ELF eyeliner was literally just melting off! My new makeup routine is now :Lightly Prime with this NYX spray, do my basic eyeshadow, followed by Wet and Wild Breakup Proof Eyeliner (which is good, but especially good with this spray) and mascara. Then another liberal spraying of the NYX setting spray.We recently had a 13 hour day, with high humidity and temperatures in the high 80's. I hated this spray when I first started using it. I didn't like the fragrance as I'm used to fragrance free products. I tried using it as a primer first, but felt like my skin was too dry to continue using it as a primer. As time went on, I experimented with different foundations and powders and found that if I had a more moisturizing foundation, then I could use it as a primer and setting spray. I mainly use it as a setting spray now though. And I've gotten used to it. I think it does have some staying power. I told myself I would never buy it again, but the more I use it the more I can see which products work well with it and which ones it doesn't.
