NYX Setting Spray Dewy Finish 18ml

I have a love-hate relationship with this setting spray. And honestly it depends on what the occasion is for when to wear this setting spray. I do not recommend on days in the heat or formal make up. For a casual indoor outing where there will be light activities, this setting spray would work well. Personally, I have dry skin and it meshes well with my make up base. So for dry skin girls I would recommend this spray. I would avoid it completely on oily skin.

I bought this after previously using the Milani setting spray and have found such a difference in how my makeup lasts. I don’t set my face with powder and I really love the dewy look and find that this helps to prevent my makeup from coming off easily when I rub or touch my face throughout the day. It isn’t mattifying which is great but I can’t say that it has a super noticeable glowy effect after application. Love how it’s scent free and the mist is super fine so I never get droplets running down my face.

I absolutely love this Dewey settings spray. I tend to have dry skin. Which never looks good with powdery make up setting in the lines. This is a great product to use throughout the day to help refresh your skin. it smells great and feels amazing. You won’t regret this purchase. It would make an awesome gift.

But after I started to use this setting spray, my eye-makeup stays at its place but again it starts smudging after 2-3 hours.This spray gives dewy finish so if you do not like shine or moist appearances do not buy this. I think oily skin people will not like this. Favorite setting spray at an affordable price!

I have been using this setting spray in addition to the new NYX freezie primer and it has been my favorite combination ever. This setting spray is so affordable and "dries" so quickly after applying. It truly does leave skin glowing and dewy which has been great for a summer look. I have skin that tends to be dry and flaky especially when layering majeup. I also have a history of cycstic acne scarring and so far this has not caused any break outs! HUGE WIN! This setting spray holds great even on hot outdoor days and 12 hour office shifts. Will absolutely be buying again!

Lasted all day on Motorcycles in 80* sun/heat

My makeup lasted all day. It was sunny and hot, but there was a nice breeze when I was riding. I was wearing a helmet. There was transfer of makeup to the inside of my helmet near hairline. But I don't think I have ever found makeup that didn't transfer into my helmet.We rode around by the beach and through town. It's Bike Week. We did stop a few times to rest. When I got home, I expected to look like a train wreck (which is pretty common on a sweaty hot day riding bikes.) IYKYK. I was stunned. Yes, I had helmet hair but my skin was flawless. I definitely recommend this if you're looking for something more natural. It makes my makeup last through the florida summer heat and adds a glow without making me look sweaty or oily. I love how it feels on my skin, very lightweight and barley noticeable. Only thing i would change is how agressive it sprays lol

Low Cost Compared with LANCÔME Fix IT

Based on application this feels more tacky, compared to lancome fix it foret it, by like 2 percent. It makes your skin look hydrated if yoi used a matte foundation. Its holding up. However, if you got more cash to spend invest in urban decay brand setting spray. For reference: I used Double wear by EL, with bobbi brown primer, elf liquid blush, and laura mercier setting powder. I have dry to normal skin. Doesnt appear oily.

The new formula is terrible.

I used to like the NYX dewy setting spray, but now I HATE it. NYX has changed the formula and now it's terrible! It doesn't give me a dewy glowy finish like it used to. It makes my skin look very oily and greasy which looks bad in pictures and in person. I also noticed that it messes up my makeup and it leaves BIG drops on my face that dry up and it creates these big spots on my face which ruins my makeup completely. I really don't like this setting spray anymore and I'll need to find something else. I wish makeup brands would stop changing the formula of fheir products!

This setting spary is BY FARRRRRR the best one i've tried yet. I've tried elf, charlette tillberry, iconic london and more u name them. I have never been convinced to re purchase. But this one let me telllll u. She works so good and make my skin so beutiful and long lasting. It is very dewy like the caption says but the matte one is great as well if you prefer that look! Overall- love. And so affordable!!
