O'Keeffe's Working Hands 96g & Healthy Feet 91g (Twin Pack)

I just opened this stuff that hubby bought for his mechanic hands I and tried it for the first time. This stuff is awesome. It’s a moisturizer that heals relieves and repairs extremely dry, cracked hands or skin. Not only can you use this on your hands but I feel that you can use this anywhere on your body. It does not have a scent and the consistency it thick. You have to scoop it out with your fingers and apply it to your problem area. I also think it would be a really good pre makeup moisturizer/primer. It’s very affordable and this little can will last you a very long time. I buy the one in the tube squeeze bottle because I prefer that packaging. At this time I have never actually tried the one in the scoop tub. However, I would continue to buy this product. It really moisturizes extremely dry hands. It doesn’t do that fake moisture some hand creams do, leaving a film but not actually doing much. This also doesn’t leave hands feeling greasy. It also doesn’t have a gross smell either. Doesn’t smell like anything so it’s good.

I got the idea to purchase this from my spouse. He had some and said it worked even for bar rot on the hands. It’s a nice hand cream but I have more expensive ones that smell nice. The value of the product is very inexpensive and you get a lot of it in the green case. There is a larger version too, but I would stick with the smaller ones since they have two packs and such, and the product will stay better without expiring in a smaller package.

My husband is an electrician and the daily use of gloves really makes his hands very dry. We started (I include myself because seeing how the cream is) to use this cream, and the result surprised us! His hands (they are very dry) after a few days began to improve! It is a change that is felt and seen, it not only quickly moisturizes and hydrates them, but also locks it into the skin to make your hands soft again. If you haven't tried it, you really have to, without a doubt!

The company is still family owned and I like the idea of that. The cream is available in a tube and a tub. It is very economical. You only need a small amount, it spreads quite far. The cream has a kind of waxy consistency in the tub which then melts in contact with your skin. As I said a little goes a long way. Initially if your hands are particularly cracked and sore it can sting, this is normal and does go away. A trick I found is to use another hand cream first, let that soak in and then a few hours later I use the cream. This seems to work. You can fell the difference immediately, you hands are more supple and there isn't that awful greasy feeling on your hands. If my hands are bad I use it around 3 times a day and within a day or so, my hands are no longer cracked or tight. You can use it as a preventative cream to stop your hands from drying out, I tend to forget and ignore my hands until they start getting sore and tight. All in all I highly recommend it!

Amazing Cream

Especially during winter months even here in the desert, this cream helps with dry, cracked skin. I have a friend who works outdoors with heavy lumber, and his thumbs and fingers crack open to the point where he has to keep them covered to avoid getting infected. He started using this cream and the wounds closed up and his skin while still tough and manly, now has no crack whatsover. Women love this too as it helps with dry, cracked skin for them as well. It's a great product. While standing in line to pay for my purchase, another customeer held up a balm stick and said he uses O'Keefes lip balm and it is the best lip balm he has ever used. I intend to try that, but at this point Harbor Freight doesn't carry that product.

No more blood

I began using quite a few years ago. I worked as a car and truck mechanic for fifty years and for most of theat time I was rebuilding things rather than replacing them like they do now. Automatic transmissions are brutal as far as handling their parts due to their weight and sharp corners and the fact you are using caustic cleaning solutions that dries your hands. I spent most of those fifty years searching for a solution for cracks in the skin of your hands that occur in all rebuilding jobs. I began using this in the last ten or so years of my career and it stopped the problem. I tried various skin softeners. You name it; I tried it. This cream STOPPED the cracking of my skin. I would recommend it to any one who works with caustic liquids and/or sharp edges.

Outstanding Hand Cream

When my hands are exposed to a lot of washing (aka cleaning parts) or especially in the Winter they crack around the nails and it's very painful.This cream actually works! It will take a few days for a full effect, but it really worked. It leaves your hands feeling smooth and the product is not sticky (unless you use too much at once). Try it and you'll figure out how much is enough for fixing cracked skin after a few applications.
