Oakley Flak 2.0 XL Prizm Golf Replacement Lenses

$50 is still pricy for lenses, but the useful lenses I do have go to a frame that no longer is made, so I had to purchase them for the effect I wanted on the golf course. These lenses dim glare, offer good sun protection and seem to illuminate he golf ball slightly. It is easier to distinguish the various shaded of green (various cuts or types of grass/ weeds).

Beware ordering Prism Field replacement lenses

Lenses came quickly and fit fine. But the were not the same as the Prism Field lenses that came with the original pair. Turn out there are two different Prism Field lenses, both named identically. If you don't read the small product number you will never realize. And if you do realize there are two different ones, it takes sum reading fine print to figure out what the difference is.Such a great product, such a shame about the poor information.

Excellent for Fishing

I have had the Flak 2.0 XL Glasses for some time now with the Deep Water Lenses, which I love. They are my go to for fishing. Was curious to try out the Shallow Water Lenses. Wasn't sure if I was missing out or not. They also work great. It is ideal to have options for different water conditions. Took them Bermuda Bonefishing, was able to spot fish very well in the shallow water, and even into water depths to 10-12 ft.

Flak 2.0 XL Clear lens

I have two sets of lenses for Flak 2.0 XL frame, Prizm Dark Golf and Clear. Mainly I use this frame for Mountain Biking. Prizm Dark Golf lens works great for me for sunny days, cause I have pretty sensitive eyes. Clear one I purchased recently and I'm loving it already, it seems to work great when it is overcast or night riding. Optical clarity on those lenses are amazing, Definitely recommend both! Quality product! Definitely getting what you pay for! Thank you!

Nice, but should be scratch resistant for the $$$

I gave 4 stars only because all Oakley lenses should be scratch resistant at their price point. I feel more like I'm paying for the name than I am a quality product. The optics are excellent as expected, as are the performance. I almost got my monies worth!! So take extra care with any of their lens offerings to ensure they stay scratch free. If you're an adventurer, hiker, you may want to take precautions to protect your lenses from brushing up against anything more coarse than a feather if you're getting lenses with any of the reflective coatings. The Polarized coating is excellent when new. I'll give them some time before a comprehensive review on durability.

Phenomenal longevity.

What a great blend of contrast and light transmission. After almost 4 years with my first Jade prizm polarized lenses they had finally become scratched enough to deserve a replacement. Prizm lasts way longer than regular polarized. It feels more consistent and doesn't degrade over time.

Prizm Lenses replace old scratched dark lens.

The Blue Prizm lenses were a fantastic replacement! I'd had a pair of Flak 2.0's with non polarized black lenses for a few years and used them for all kinds of activities including sport shooting, construction, biking, and fishing. They'd gotten excessive use over the time, and I eventually had to replace them due to a few scratches that could no longer be ignored. I decided to go all out on the replacement pair and picked up the Darkest Blue prizm polarized lenses I could find. The change was astonishing. Not only was it good to have crystal clear vision again, the color correction and HD effect provided by the Prizm lenses were a bonus that I hadn't put much faith into.I don't think I can go back to not using Polarized Prism Lenses anymore...

Superb Clarity With The Prizm Tungsten Polarized

I purchased my original Oakley Flak 2.0 XL glasses several years ago. They had black polarized lenses but were not the Prizm version as I was unaware of the difference.I obtained these lenses directly from the Oakley website after receiving an email notifying me of a sale on Accessories. I was looking for a lens with better definition, contrast and clarity. After using the "CHAT" function I chose the Prizm Tungsten Polarized replacement lenses.I installed the lenses and promptly went outside to a sunny day. I was ecstatic with the awesome contrast and clarity of these lenses with their bronze base lens and the additional Prizm Polarized technology. The reflection of the sun off shiny surfaces such as cars, pool water, lake water, etc is greatly reduced. My eyes are sensitive to bright lights. There is no need to suddenly turn away from what would otherwise be a huge distraction when driving a car or a boat. I can comfortably look across the ripples on the lake without squinting and also see through the surface of the water.

Very nice Low Light Lenses....

Super nice Low light lenses.Well worth the them if around or working in lower light conditions. Enhances the vision and give you clear HD. Brightens your vision in lower light areas. Good product. Due to not having many options that have low light glasses. I just swap out my lenses on my frames.Oakley need to have more options then just two frames to select from Oakley is my input"Always keep the glasses on every where I go.
