These sunglasses look and fit great. Lite weight with good face coverage. Wish the colorway I wanted was available, but the black with red accents looks sharp. Only downside is without the iridium lenses they’re a bit more translucent which means eyes are somewhat visible.

In my opinion, these sunglasses do not block the sun like my other prizm Oakleys that I have. I have a hard time believing that these are real the weight of the sunglasses are off . The glare is extremely bad.

First new sunglasses in over 20 years. I decided to go on my impulse and instinct with these frames/lenses. My first impression was immediate when I first saw them. Front page on this site, top middle pair, grabbed my attention right away. I probably should’ve gone with the “ice” Prizm color lenses, but somehow, the amber/red Iridium seemed more appropriate and appealing. This particular style of Holbrook has beautiful aesthetics. I love the blue polarized/prism lense with this style of Holbrook. A nice variation of camo and black. Overall, beautiful design. My reason for four stars is comfort. The temples (arms) have a tight fit as they hug back of your ears. Slight irritation and pressure as the temples sit on the middle area of your ears near the temple tips. The temples feel as if they have serrated edges as they sit on the area. Slightly heavy. Looks like I'll need to get these adjusted or a pair of different temples all together. I ordered the regular size, not XL. Most people fit the regular size you just need adjusted temples. Just FYI for everyone.
So thrilled I finally decided to get some prescription sunglasses! GlassesUSA made it simple, easy, affordable, and FAST! Love my new Oakley Holbrooks. Showed up before I expected them and in time for a weekend of outdoor activities. Love it. Will order from GlassesUSA again for sure!
The Holbrooks I ordered, turtle black matte with Sapphire Prizm Polarized, arrived ahead of delivery date. I took them out of the sale box, kept them in their microbag and put them immediately in a soft case, in the car for the next day's driving. The next day when I went to run my errands I opened the frames and just looked over them and saw a white scuff along the bottom of the frame around the left lens. I wore them for the day as it was very sunny, and decided I just spent over $150 on these and they should not arrive scuffed. Not sure if the scuff occurred before the sunglasses were put in the box, or if they were previously returned scuffed and then re-sold to me (which would be awful sales practice and QC). Pretty good glasses BUT fragile... Once I've got my glasses hanging on my pocket and barely touched metal surface (grille of an air conditioner) and get them scratched with deep scars. I had Oakley glasses before and never got something similar though I used them much harshly.Story not ends on that. I contacted customer support and explain them that it must be defect of the lenses and sent them pics of the lenses. Also explain them that to make sure I tried to slightly scratch my already damaged lenses using a surface of a table and got scratches as well. So I got an answer that "any type of scratches on the lenses is not consider a part of manufacture defect". I bought the all black Holbrooks with black polarized prizm lenses about two months ago. I never write reviews but I have to for these. There's only been a few sunny days where I've been able to wear the sunglasses and they're amazing. The colors come through vibrantly and lenses cut out glare. It's almost like they're telling your eyes to see better. I feel like normal sunglasses just make everything darker, these block out sun while still providing unmatched vibrance and visibility. It's a hefty price tag, but they're great for driving, fishing, or everyday wear. If you have the money to invest in a quality pair of sunglasses, you won't be disappointed.
I don't typically purchase expensive sunglasses (Over $30). I have sunglasses everywhere, my car, wife's car, side by side, range bag, barn, etc., so I normally buy cheap just to protect eyes from UV. But I wanted a good set for my daily driver and these are awesome. Easy to tell the difference in quality between these and my beaters. Now I might need to get another pair to keep in my wife's car.
